Welcome to conversation – 15. This is number 15 of this thread.
We are in TAY. This Thread is three years old.
I hope you enjoy this as it covers music, fashion and most of all
Heidi Daus. I am an Avid Collector. ♥ my focus is fashion being a former
fashion model. As a singer I cover lots of old school music and popular and
show tunes. Movies are a must. We talk about a lot of things in Conversation.
Please remember this is TAY! I am still learning the new system so bear with me.
Blessings to you all. ♥ Happy Holidays ♥

This is so me and it’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas.

Oh, this tea looks divine. I am going to make myself some right now. I just put a chicken in the crockpot with a parsnip, mirepoix, dill and broth. Said goodbye to floury carbs. Therefore, I have to plan. and arrange. If you fail to plan; you plan to fail. Very weight watching.
I loved your descriptions of what celebrities we might look like. Wow! Very nice.
As for me……..Eydie Gorme. That was the name rattled about.
Enjoy the day. The season is in full swing.

The Christmas Song
Nat King Cole
Chestnuts roasting on an open fire
Jack Frost nipping at your nose
Yule-tide carols being sung by a choir
And folks dressed up like Eskimos
Everybody knows a turkey and some mistletoe
Help to make the season bright
Tiny tots with their eyes all aglow
Will find it hard to sleep tonight
They know that Santa’s on his way
He’s loaded lots of toys and goodies on his sleigh
And every mother’s child is gonna spy
To see if reindeer really know how to fly
And so I’m offering this simple phrase
To kids from one to ninety-two
Although it’s been said many times, many ways
Merry Christmas to you

The Perfect Holiday
Upset feelings about the holiday season can be caused by an unrealistic sense of what the holidays should mean for us.
As the holidays arrive it is easy to become distracted by our desire for perfection. It might be the need to craft a festive environment, always be in an upbeat mood, or simply the desire to find just the right gifts for everyone in our lives. Even though these things can be positive, if we start putting too much pressure on ourselves during this season, we are much more apt to forget what truly is important–celebrating our lives with the people we care about.
For many of us this time of year can stir up a host of mixed emotions. For example, we might feel a tinge of nostalgia for past holiday celebrations, when times were simpler, or a sense of being let down due to the unmet expectations we have for ourselves and others. No matter what our feelings are, they are likely to be caused by an unrealistic sense of what the holidays should mean for us. Rather than thinking of this season as a time for finding the perfect gift or hosting the best party, we can get so much more out of the holidays if we create a personal inventory of the things that matter most to us. With each item we add to our list, we can then set the intention to use this season as a time to consciously rejoice in and express our appreciation for the blessings we have. The more we are able to let go of our traditional expectations for the holidays, the more open we will become to the bounteous spirit that lies within us.
Our true enjoyment of this season will only come from looking within and reflecting on the deeper spiritual significance the holidays have for us. Infusing our holiday activities with a sense of gratitude will bring a greater level of enjoyment to our life and also help us extend loving and kind energy to all we encounter. It is this spirit that will allow us to truly celebrate by sharing our greatest gifts–infinite love, peace, understanding, and joy–with those around us.

Good Morning Cherie,
I watched the Peanuts Gang Christmas Movie last week. It is still one of my favorites
and it is something I did with my kids. I want to see the Mary Poppins Return Movie. ♥Oh Cherie Sheba was a bad girl I had some kisses yesterday and for some reason we did
the same thing. I had hubby hide them for me. I only had 4 so that will not harm me. LOL!Cherie the dream I had me and hubby were driving on a country road and I looked up and
saw a stream of lights in the colors of lapis blue and silver. The lights engulfed the car we
were in and it looked dark and cloudy inside. I closed my eyes in the dream because I did
not want to look for some reason I could hear people shouting and talking. It came from
the sky and just wrapped everything around us in this cloud. The colors were so vibrant.
I have no clue what this means but I want to see it again. How did the Cookies go with your friends and neighbors? I know you and the kids had a
good time. 🙂 Here is to hugs and kisses. ♥ -
I look cross between Sophia and Audrey. I have Sophia chin the cheekbones are Audrey’s
and the eyes are between the two. 🙂 I like the way I look. ♥Loaf I love The Bridges of Madison County I think that is Meryl and Clint Eastwood best
with them in it. I understood her completely. Great film. Loaf I see you as a very pretty
Blonde with an outgoing personality and spunk. ♥ I am very outgoing and I think brings out
the beauty in all women. ♥ I have a great smile and that helps a lot. I know you have a pretty
smile too. We sing and that is what people like about us. 🙂 it brings people together. -
I believe that is on her website. Heidi does interchange with HSN so be sure to
look at her pieces here on HSN. I buy mostly from HSN and her website. ♥I love the outfit too. ♥

Good Morning you can find A Holiday Barbie at Target to start if any are left.
This is what this year’s doll will look like. My girls always had the Holiday Barbies I have
spent a small fortune on dolls because we have three daughters. ♥ Our son does not
require dolls. LOL! My body is still is good shape after giving birth to my kids. 🙂
Loaf let me know if you find this Barbie or one close to it as long as it says Holiday
Barbie. I am thinking when the kids start having kids I will have to do all of this all over
again. I am not hiding them I will just keep them until I send it to them or I will leave
with someone else like Cherie does. 🙂
