A Little Luck Never Hurt Anyone!

Did you know that an elephant with the trunk pointed up is a symbol of good luck? Who doesn’t need a little luck in their life….especially when it’s this beautiful!

Eating locally produced food as often as possible is best for your body, as its life force is stronger because it is fresh.

We all know that our planet needs our help right now, but we often feel unsure about what to do, where to make an effort, and what will really help. The good news is that we can heal the planet on a daily basis simply by buying and eating food that is grown locally. Food that has been transported long distances doesn’t contain much life force by the time it gets to your kitchen. Making a commitment to shop, buy, and eat locally is not only a very important part of creating positive change, it can also be delicious fun.

One of the best places to begin the adventure of eating locally is a farmer’s market. Stalls brim with fresh fruits and vegetables grown on nearby farms. Not only is this good for the environment, it’s good for the farmers since they benefit from selling directly to the consumer. The consumer benefits, too, from the intimate experience of buying food from the hand of the person who grew it. In addition, the food is fresher and more diverse. In supermarkets, particular varieties of fruits and vegetables are favored due to their ability to survive transport to a far destination. Alternately, at a farmer’s market, you will find versions of the fruits and vegetables you know that will surprise and delight your senses–green striped heirloom tomatoes, purple cauliflower, white carrots, and edible flowers, just to name a few.

Make an effort to buy as much of your food as possible directly from local farmers. You will become one of a growing number of people eating delicious food to save the planet and having fun doing it.

I know the kids are excited to be going away this weekend. School is back in session in
these parts. No snow but something is coming this way. Cherie I did get me my own

sister who has breast cancer an Air Fryer and she loves it. I will get new recipes from her.

Yes Sheba …. Cherie and family were Very Shocked when we learned Steve passed. We watched his show faithfully and Loved the way he shared his family with ours. It was awesome to see Bindi be so strong and win DWTS! YUP…. our SNOW clothe are packed in those vacuum bags and the snow equipment is up in the attic. Cherie is Not afraid to meditate …. Just can’t sit long enough for that stuff, Too much Life to Live. Cherie is waving, I think I can see ya Sheba♥ … Hello ALL!

I have both it depends on how far I will walk. If it is raining or freezing I will stand in
the patio room and just use the long one and he can take care of business.

I remember when southernlights55 got that 14 drawer and lined it with tarnish proof material.
I think she also showed a picture of it on the Jewel Thread. 🙂 I have Black Italian Lacquer
Glass, light and mirror Curios I have 2 and Heidi Daus and Bill Green showed them on the
Bejeweled Show. ♥ That was so cool my hubby could not believe it. See he does watch
Heidi Daus with me. Sometimes when I am online at night I will turn the Curio Lights on and all
my Heidi Daus lights up like fireflies. I mean hundreds of pieces when the light hits them
just seems to come alive. ♥

So understand it when someone gets their first piece of Heidi Daus I feel the same about
the first piece as I do the one I got last week. LOL!

Thank you for letting me what type of game it is. I do remember Alec Baldwin getting
in trouble on a plane behind a game but I did not know it was this. LOL! I have to check
