Yes, that is it. We see the most gorgeous horses just driving to local spots in Wellington. There are ranches in the town and they are large. However, you cannot see into them. I can only imagine. Ah, me!

As for Sheba going to a warm climate…..the trick is to be very well heeled. Winters in Scottsdale, summers in New England. There you go. For me, I have the winters in Palm Beach County and the hot, humid, mosquito invasion summers in Palm Beach County. We are called Rounders. Do you know how many times people who live in my community as me where home is? I smile and say where my husband is is my home. So Stepford like.

Enjoy the warm Cali air. Are you anywere near Coronado where I could easily live if my Powerball ticket ever comes in.

I just walked Poppy up and down the block and I hope when the weather is better I can
take him for a longer walk. Hope you got your hike in too. 🙂

Girls tonight around 7:00 p.m.. My Chef Ming Air Fryer was delivered by UPS! ♥
It was coming Saturday but the bad weather pushed it back. I am just happy
it was able to be delivered. 🙂

I need a couple of days to take it for a spin. Loaf thank you for The Veal Meatball
Recipe. ♥ I have a small pamphlet that came with the Air Fryer as you all know
I did order the Chef Ming Air Fryer Cook Book. ♥ I will not get this for a couple more
days. I will let you all know what I think of this. Oh this Air Fryer is HUGE! I am so glad
I was able to make room for it. I did get the Black. ♥

I am just writing off the top of my head for warm places. I do not want too warm but this
I don’t want either especially when you have no power. I still have Colorado on the mind
because I have lots of family. ♥ I will take a nice cabin to live in. I will have plenty of family.
I would love that so much. ♥ I want to wear my jewelry and clothes so I will search when
the time come I am years off from that decision but you have to plan carefully.
I did get to watch some Antenna TV. It was not so bad I kinda liked it. I saw QVC and
HSN with Andrew Lessman. I ordered more Eye Support from Andrew. I also saw TBN and
Joel Osteen which was great. I saw programs I have missed and I can get those channels
on my cable too. One show I saw was the Saint with Roger Moore. I love a sleuth. ♥
Anyway things are getting back to normal and I am doing fine. I think that snow shoveling
is about to hit me . LOL! I think I will be fine. Sorry about your Dr.’s appt. does that mean
you will not have your grandson? I hate for you to miss him. Anyway have a very pleasant
evening and enjoy your programs with hubby and Jonny. ♥

Dad does own a Condo on a golf course in Orland but THE STEP-MOM has control of that.
Step-Mom let’s her family use it whenever. I have people I can stay with I don’t need the
Condo. My husband has family in the Jacksonville area. ♥ Believe I am so ready to out of here.

Even for a nice week. I just want a beach and some sunshine. 🙂

This is my backyard and everywhere is a winter wonderland. None of this happened on
Christmas. We have more coming and I pray my power does not go off again.

Yes I did see American Style and I love it no not last night but ON Demand. ♥ I could
not wait to see this program I plan to follow each show it is a limited series.
I had no idea woman would mark the stocking with eye brown pencils very interesting.
I did not miss any shows so I read this weekend in my dressing room my Bedroom has
a fireplace and my living room has one too. 🙂

Sadly many thousands are without lights until Thursday. Yep Thursday! I do not like that
a lot of families in Kansas are in Hotels and such and they say it is costing a fortune which
I am sure it is. The broadcast news said people need certain machines to sleep through
the night and they have pets that need warmth. The people have been without power
since Saturday like me. I feel Thursday is too long for a family to be cold or use monies
they don’t have. This is a mess not to mention all the trees and limbs that are down.
Get this tomorrow we will have Ice forming and that is why it is take so long. I am ready
for a vacation I swear and in July I will wish for just one day like this. 🙂 I wish there was
something I could do for the people without. I did check on neighbors some just left
to go stay with relatives. My dad is fine he lives about an hour from me. It is what it is.

This is what my block and area looks like no matter which way you go. Everything is
covered in heavy snow. It’s beautiful but deadly some trees and limbs are falling.
Hubby made it home safely. ♥ I am warm this is my first normal day since Saturday.

Hi Sheba! I posted to you earlier but you were posting at the same time so don’t know if you saw it. Anyway, I just got home. I didn’t make it to the Dr. I knew my appointment was for 1:45 but somehow I got mixed up and began thinking it was 2:45! At 1:30 I realized when my hubby kept asking me if I was ready to go that I got it all mixed up so called Dr to let them know I’d be leaving but would be about 10 minutes late unless they needed me to reschedule. So I was rescheduled for Wednesday at 1:15. Sure hope I don’t get it mixed up again! Anyway, since I was all dressed including make-up, hubby and I decided to go out to an early dinner for a change. I haven’t been to that Mexican place since Tammy-Tabitha had the babies (Laramie, Harper, Jess and Pumpkin)! I’ve been trying to be good! 😀 Thy have the best chips and salsa EVER!

Wow! Your team did great! I wish them well going forward! The Colts and Broncos are my other teams and I was rooting for the Colts but they just did not play well! It was like they were in the twilight zone or something! I think your team plays the Patriots next and I will be rooting for your team. I like your QB, he is very talented. Well, that karma came around and bit the Eagles like I thought it would. 😀 Go Bears! Next year. I’m not into sports either – just football. I love football and I LOVE MY BEARS!!!! 😀

Jonnie is getting back to normal, slowly but surely. Her appetite is returning, her incision looks good and she has been “playing” in my closet and cuddling her “baby” at night, sleeping on the bed. She is still hiding some but eventually she will get over that. I am with her now and about to get ready for bed (it’s only 6:30), then we can watch some Perry Mason, Columbo or maybe TBN or 20/20 or 48 Hours.

I know you think AZ sounds like a good idea right now because it’s so cold there but believe me, it’s too hot! My parents lived there (Paradise Valley/Scottzdale) in the winter months until early May. It’s like here, too hot and you’ll never be able to dress really cute in all your Marla except for a couple of months but even then, maybe. I can’t wear my Heidi here once the weather warms up because it’s too hot to wear anything around my neck or wrist. I think about it sometimes because it’s a good retirement place but if we ever move there we would have to have two homes. Summers are unbearable and with monsoons and dust storms. If you like golf and have a swimming pool it is bearable but don’t plan on running errands during the day in July or August. You should plan a visit for August. Faire lives in Northern AZ and it’s better there. You should ask her how summers are where she lives. I think she likes it there.

Hey girl! How are you doing today? You were wise to order up a size! I wish I had! Usually I find DG runs true or even big but not these pants for sure! I tried them on a while ago and undecided as to whether I will exchange or just keep for when I’m thinner (if I ever get there). I may just order another pair or two a size bigger for now. I’m tired of wearing the same things over and over. It is not fin trying to lose weight. I used to dress so well! I was a fashionista and never met a high heel I didn’t like (or a cashmere sweater, or a handbag, or scarf or…) Lol!
I’m not one who is generally star struck but there have been a few… Tom Selleck and Fred Astaire for two… TS lived near my MIL so it was not unusual to run into him and he is one of the nicest people on this planet (looks ain’t bad either, lol). Fred Astaire was my idol growing up and brother went to school with his grandson. BIL has lots of actors as clients. FIL was good buddies with Mickey Rooney and Michael Anserra (I may have spelled that wrong but he was in a lot of westerns, married to Barbara Eden). They golfed together all the time. There are tons of people down in L.A. to keep you star struck! Here’s something you might get a kick out of – remember “Bones”, Dr. McCoy from Star Trek? I have been to his house before on occasion and he had the cutest pet tortoise! It had an underground tunnel that went three blocks long! What a character!
I bet you do run into some of the most gorgeous men there! 😀 One of my old friends has a brother like that. Drop dead, be still my beating heart, takes my breath away gorgeous! When he was working to put himself through school he used to deliver pizza. Yep, you guessed it – another one of my friends and I used to order pizza so he would deliver it! Lol! He was really a nice guy and very smart too – good business sense. Well, you said you get star struck so I hope you enjoyed the little stories! 😀 I’d love to tell you about some people I went to school with but then I’d give my age away! Lol! It was only for a year anyway, but you would remember them. I have no idea what happened to them… I’ll have to google them… Lol!
Well, hubby and I are off now, going out for Mexican tonight. Love Mexican on a rainy evening! 😀 This place has the best chips and salsa and once in a while I just have to indulge! 😀
