Welcome to conversation – 15. This is number 15 of this thread.
We are in TAY. This Thread is three years old.
I hope you enjoy this as it covers music, fashion and most of all
Heidi Daus. I am an Avid Collector. ♥ my focus is fashion being a former
fashion model. As a singer I cover lots of old school music and popular and
show tunes. Movies are a must. We talk about a lot of things in Conversation.
Please remember this is TAY! I am still learning the new system so bear with me.
Blessings to you all. ♥ Happy Holidays ♥

Yes that was interesting. I seem to like a lot of Jersey Girls. I hope you rest well.
I still feel some of whatever I have I need a couple more days for this to get totally
out of my system.Let me know which Heidi Daus has the Green in it that you want. John John Kennedy comes
on tonight that was one handsome lad.
Are these the earrings? They are stunning.
or this one I have this in 3 color ways
Just stunning and I love wearing mine. -
Kitten;
I saw the vintage beads. Are the truly Rosary beads. If so, I would like to get them for my friend.
I bought one of the Enchante earring choices. It was the one close to the ear with thin crystals all the way around and emerald green in the center. -
Hi Sheba;
Delighted that you could get some fresh air today. Poppy must have like taking you for a walk.
Went with our neighbors for a quick bite. Felt good to have conversation but I am ready to climb into bed. This creep of a bronchitis is not happy about going away.
Tomorrow roots get done and then home although I would like to go to the Antiques/Collectibles show and find some Heidi’s. We shall see.
I watched the opening of the Senate and House today and saw some rising stars. Interesting.
Off to look to see if there are any new pieces on HSN and play some Words With Friends.
Enjoy it all
Auntie Aim.

@Sheba,
Top of the morning to you! 😀 I hope you slept well.
We never got Jonnie in to the vet because she went into hiding behind the bed! It would have meant making it traumatic for her and I wasn’t about to do that! She is an extremely smart and intuitive kitty (I just know Cuddles sent her to us) and she knew last night that something was up when her food and water had to be with-held after 9pm. She was so upset by this morning that she threw up, or rather, had dry heaves since she had nothing in her tummy. She HATES to be held unless she is in heat which is why she hasn’t been fixed earlier than now. She lets us pet her briefly but only when it’s her idea, unless she is in heat. We had to cancel the appointment and set one up for Monday and hopefully that one will work out, if not, then we will have to take her in when she is in heat. Vet reassured us he has plenty of experience with doing this on cats in heat and she will be fine. He works with feral cats all the time. Jonnie, of course, isn’t feral but she was when she walked into our home as a 6 month old kitten and never left. She made herself at home and we welcomed her with open arms. She let us pet her then but for short amounts of time. When we had the flood she had to live in the kitchen/family room for a couple months until all repairs were made and she was not comfortable with all the other cats and hid in cabinets a lot, making it even harder to let us pet her. We are hoping this trait isn’t present anymore after she is fixed because usually cats become more docile afterwards. Anyway, one way or the other, she needs to get fixed.
The cage is the hardest thing! My Walker was too big for a cage! He was the size of a medium dog, weighed 23 1/2 lbs. Big cat with big bones! He thought he was a dog too! Lol! We couldn’t get him in a cage but he behaved himself in the car. We put blankets down on the back seat and he just stayed there, laying down, enjoying the ride and the view. We drove slow and stayed in the same lane, if someone didn’t like it, well, then they could go around us. Such a sweet baby boy. I miss him so much.
Got lots planned for today so I gotta get moving. Sunny and beautiful outside! 😀@bichon18,
Did you see the new Heidi pieces called Vintage Heidi? There is a long necklace with green and rose quartz colored beads. I know you want to add some green to your collection. I am getting it, love it! 😀@loaf,
“I’ve changed my mind”! Lol! Too funny! Great movie! 😀@Cherie,
So glad you are going to be able to see Joyce Meyer in person at her conference! Do you have any of her books? I don’t… YET! There are so many great ones from which to choose! I want them ALL! 😀@taci,
Safe walks and happy trails to you! 😀@velvet, @bassetbabe, @mightymouse, Hope you all have a great day! 😀

I hope everything goes smooth at the Vet today. Hug your baby afterwards. 🙂
I don’t like cats to stay in cages too long my furbaby hated them but going to Vet
it is vital they stay in a cage. Oh how I love cats. MEOW! -
Taking a Snow Day
Feed your soul, and briefly separate yourself from life’s frenetic pace, by taking a snow day.
With so much to do all the time, it can be difficult to find time to simply breathe, think, and explore our inner landscapes. It is still possible, however, to feed your soul and to briefly separate yourself from life’s frenetic pace by taking a snow day. Personal snow days are best taken when you feel like you are running on empty with no chance of respite in sight or when you begin to resent the life you once loved.
Your snow day can go a long way toward dispelling built up stress, provided you give yourself full permission to indulge in nurturing activities. It is not a day to worry about what you’re missing or what is still lingering on your to-do list. Rather, it is a day to give yourself a break from your responsibilities so you can return to them when you are fully alert. Once you have scheduled your snow day, try to commit to ignoring your chores, not calling your place of work, and doing only the activities you enjoy. Relax, take a nap in the afternoon, play with children, meditate, work in your garden, or read a novel. Take a long walk in the fading afternoon sunshine and then cook a special dinner for yourself. Let your snow day be as languid and as lazy as you need it to be. ♥
If necessary, prepare for your snow day by getting anything you think you will want or need ahead of time. Clean up or pay the bills the day before so you’re not tempted to work. When your snow day is over, hold on to its essence. Take some of the peacefulness you felt and keep it close to your heart. Even though we are a society that values overtime and hard work, you deserve a snow day every now and then.

Cherie,
All the luck in going to bed on your time. 🙂 The key to me going to bed is to shut down
everything TV, Computer, Music…then I have no problem going to sleep. ♥ Cherie I don’t
know how you can go at that hour and still get up early. Yay if you can do it. 🙂How is your Mom? I know she had fun with the kids. Here is a little Breakfast for them. ♥
Good Luck with your resolutions. ♥ Cherie have a great day with the kids. ♥ -
