We are in TAY. This Thread is three years old.
I hope you enjoy this as it covers music, fashion and most of all
Heidi Daus. I am an Avid Collector. ♥ my focus is fashion being a former
fashion model. As a singer I cover lots of old school music and popular and
show tunes. Movies are a must. We talk about a lot of things in Conversation.
Please remember this is TAY! I am still learning the new system so bear with me.
Blessings to you all. ♥ Happy Holidays ♥

Good Morning Cherie,
I love the picture you posted just beautiful I am aware we have a Super Moon coming
later this month. I have sat out in 10 degree weather and watched sitting on my porch
at 3:00 a.m. It is intense for sure. The red will cover the moon like a blanket very slow then
you will see Blood Red. ♥ I have been doing this for years and I will come any time of night.
My husband just looks and then he starts to look too.Last night was a stunning moon as
I did my moonwalk I love walking with the moon out and yet it is not really dark yet. Good
exercise and it clears the head.I know your children and you are excited about your trip
have a ball.I talked to my sister yesterday and she is making all kinds of things in her
Air Fryer my sister is a cook also. I am going to make meatballs as my first venture I have
to see the recipes that come with the Fryer. I watched the Video and made sure this is the
one for me so the price was right and let’s hope I do lot’s of cooking in this. I picked the
black because my kitchen is SS. We are cold today. I took my dog out and nearly froze.
Cherie have a great day.Thanks for asking about sister she still needs more surgery.

Ah, my sister. I have so many friends who post flowery sister stuff on facebook or who have no relationships with their sisters for several reasons. My sister was my treasure and my best friend. I am fortunate to have some long-time wonderful friends who met my sister along the way. She is now gone forty-one years. My mom survived her by twenty-seven years. There isn’t a day…………
Not one day.
I knew she loved me and she knew I loved her.
She was four years older than me. When she would come home from college she would review what was in my closet. Something would always go back to school with her. I mean it would disappear. I would plan to wear it and poof….it was gone. You think it would upset me? Not at all. I loved it. What an affirmation. Your big sister thinking you had good taste. When I buy something now; I wonder sometimes if Marsha would like it.
Okay, Amy, stop it…..Kitten has her own thoughts.
So, what have you bought from Heidi recently and
I bought the Diane Gilman TS in black and Indigo. I am hoping they work well for our river cruise to see the tulips and watch chocolate being made.

Ari is thinking of Jonnie. As if we don’t have a million things to care and worry about. Well, it is worth every care. The fur babies give us more love than we know is on earth. I am thinking of you crawling into bed with worry. Thank goodness it went well. Keep loving. You are wonderful and your kittens know it.

Hi Sheba … I’ve been meaning to ask about how your Sister is doing with the air fryer. We use ours everyday … The kids and I LOVE french fries! So you got one too …. What will you be trying out first Sheba♥ …. WAVING! Cherie has gotta run… Take care Ladies!
@kittengirl …. Oh WOW, I’m not familiar with some of the artists you mentioned but I take really good notes and I will Google them when I get a minute. Oh KITTEN, it breaks my Heart to hear how Little Jonnie is having a tough time with this. Little Prayers for Jonnie from S. Cali.

Good night Sheba! Sweet dreams! Hey, there is supposed to be a blood moon on January 20, 21st!

@kitengirl,
I am just glad Jonnie is alright what a day for her. I know she is tired and that cage did not
help. I had a cat who had surgery and I made a box and put a blanket in it and brought him home.
Yes he was sedated and that made it easier. I cannot bear to hear a cat cry in a cage it’s like
being in a cage.Please take care of your cat and get some rest. I will let you know what I think of the Air
Fryer I will be using this. ♥ I am tired of heating up the whole kitchen with the Oven.
Will your grandson be there tomorrow or will he come another day? Everything will
be alright keep your Christmas things up until you feel like taking them down. I still have
my nativity up and I have no plans to move it until I am ready. Hey I am still a wee bit
under the weather I will pack it safely myself.
Goodnight Kitten -
@bichon18,
I am sorry to read about your sister. My heart goes out to you. Sounds like a very difficult time in your life. I am happy you found Jerry and your life is good again. You mentioned pit-bulls and I have to say, I agree with you. It is the people that make them vicious. They are naturally wired to be a little more aggressive but also they are wired to be loyal and loving. Pitt-bulls should definitely have training when puppies and should be brought up in a home with loving and attentive people. Unfortunately, many are living in violent and non-harmonious homes and they are trained to be aggressive and hyper- protective and many are abused (I think this also includes neglect and the vicious training to be used for protection). Have you ever watched Pitt-bulls and parolees? Great show! I can’t deal with cruelty to animals. I won’t post about it here (Cherie already knows from another thread) but two of our cats have a sad history and if you are interested in reading a little about it I posted a little on it on the Just Playing Around thread (Deeklez). Pookie and I were talking about the Godfather movie and it led to the subject of animal cruelty which led me to post what I did. I sure hope Ari wasn’t hurt or mistreated but I know he will have the loving family and life he deserves with you and Jerry.
Speaking of, how is his back doing? I hope he is better. I’ve had to take that flexeril too. Strong stuff. I was hit by a red light runner.
Thanks for rooting for the Bears!Next year they will go all the way!
I’m more of a Sudoku than scrabble person, but the words with friends sounds fun. My dentist plays that. I hope you are feeling much better!@taci,
That’s really cool about your hubby having his private pilot’s license! My son plans to get his. Maybe he can take some refresher courses to get that time in so you can go flying again! I assume that is why you don’t go anymore. Maybe you just don’t like it anymore. You probably have lots of good stories and pictures to share! Makes me think of Jay King!
How did you line your jewelry cabinet and where did you find the material? I bought the super sized over the door cabinet and when our house flooded ALL my silver tarnished! The only jewelry that didn’t was kept in a smaller tabletop size armoire (Lori Grenier from QVC) and the jewelry in zip lock bags in my dresser drawers.@Southernlights,
I hope your son is feeling better! He sounds like a very conscientious young man and you must be very proud of him! How do you keep your jewelry from tarnishing?@velvet, @mightymouse, I hope you are enjoying the new year!
I am sorry if I missed anyone or anything. there is a lot to get caught up on!
@Cherie, keep up with the healthy foods!
For those of you concerned about Jonnie – Thank you!I appreciate it!

Good Evening Sheba and Ladies! I am going to try to get caught up with you all but I may forget something so bear with me… there’s a lot to keep up with on this thread!
@Sheba,
First things first: Jonnie is now home and resting under the bed. She is still heavily sedated and will be feeling the effects until early tomorrow evening. They gave her a lot of sedative and pain meds because she is bigger and older than the typical kitty having this kind of surgery and also she was in heat so it took longer than usual. Vet said she did very well and she is in great health. She got all her shots while she was sedated too. She has had a long day! She is happy to be home but having a hard time walking without losing her balance. I set up a furry kitty bed on one side of the bed on the floor and put down her Hello Kitty blankie on the floor on the other side of the bed with her “baby”. She prefers under the bed for now. I am so glad it is over and she is home.Within a couple of days she should be feeling better and back on top of the bed where she prefers.
So you have a football family! Then they would definitely know who my nephew is because he was always being written about and was in Sports Illustrated and a few other publications. They would also know who his best friend is. He recently retired but I can say his team is in the play-offs. They might know my cousin’s hubby but he was pro (a Cali team) in the 90’s so it has been awhile. I’m still sad for the Bears. I don’t appreciate tactics used by teams to freeze out the kicker. All I can say is there is a thing called karma… Going forward in the play-offs I will be rooting for the Colts. It’s going to be a tough game this weekend!
I’m so glad to hear both you and your daughter are doing better!Let me know how you like your air fryer – seems all of you have them! I think we need to get one too, I know hubby would like that.
@Cherie,
Love that song! How thoughtful of Sheba (as always :D) to post it for you! I can see why you “soak” in it! I have some songs like that too that I “soak” For me, those songs are “Revelation Song” and “This is the Air I Breathe”. Do you know them? Many artists have sung them but for “soaking” I like the version of Revelation Song by Maranatha. Kim Walker, Guy Penrod, Shane and Shane, Don Moen, Gateway and Nesboys all do great versions I love listening too. Hey, since you like Veritas, I bet you’d enjoy Paul Wilbur. He has a beautiful rich voice. I’ve discovered him recently while looking for music for Free-Free (who finds him very soothing when he is feeling anxious). Check out his songs Worthy and Nobody Like You which has the most AWESOME video with it on utube.
Hope you have fun this weekend at Big Bear! I bet the kids are really excited! This weekend we are going to see Mary Poppins with daughter and grandson. I still have my tree up! Lol! I will probably take it down on Thursday.Now I will post another for the other ladies because this is taking longer than I thought and I’m afraid it will go “Poof”!
