I had my phone. This was on m driveway. Anyway,I am okay but, forgive me for this, my left is slightly sore. Am telling you…klutzy. Luckily, I sleep on my right side.
Watching the movie..The Hundred Yard Journey starring Helen Mirren about the French countryside restaurants. Beautiful.

with his culinary skills. WE do cook together. 🙂 I am having fun with the Air Fryer. LOL! 🙂

I’d Like To Teach The World To Sing
The New SeekersI’d like to build the world a home
And furnish it with love
Grow apple trees and honey bees
And snow white turtle doves

I’d like to see the world for once
All standing hand in hand
And hear them echo through the hills
For peace through out the land

Oh no are you sure you are alright. I am just now seeing this please be careful and take
your cell phone when you go out. My neighbor next door to me fell Friday on a patch
of Ice in his driveway. I think had he laid there my dog would have heard him and have
a barking fit. I hope you feel better. ♥ If I fall I will be in the hospital. No you are not clumsy
I feel out of bed in thick comforter on thick carpet and was in the hospital for 5 days.
I had a cast on all summer long. I don’t want you to be like that. I was dreaming. -
Good Day Sheba and Ladies!
@Sheba,
Oranges are on their way! 😀 I will be sending some off to my son this week and he will be so excited! They remind him of childhood and they taste so sweet! 😀
Glad to hear you and hubby are enjoying your air-fryer! Are you competitive with each other in the kitchen? Not me and hubby, he has his things that he does very well and I have mine. He can grill salmon like nobody’s business and he makes the cutest teddybear and kitty pancakes! We both cook together but he is in charge of the grilling. I am better with soups, stews, chili, pot roast or things like that.
Can you grow apple trees there or is it too cold?
I hope you stay warm when that new cold front hits you! It sounds so nasty! Keep those fire places going and lots of hot tea ready.
Thanks for thinking of Chewey. He was hiding in the cabinet earlier so I know he is not feeling well today. Poor Chew-Chew. I hope he starts feeling good soon. I see improvement is one area but worse in another. I can’t go through this again, I just can’t. Please keep the prayers coming. Have a good evening; you stay warm and safe and cuddle Poppy! 😀@Cherie,
Glad the prayers helped! 😀 Thanks for the prayers for Chewey, please keep them coming. OMG, I just love those little kittens in the muffin box! Reminds me of Gizmo, Tina and Chewey when they were kittens! So adorable! 😀
I’m excited to hear you and hubby are planting citrus trees! You are going to love them sooo much! Anyway to squeeze in an orange tree? We have a Robertson naval and a Valencia. They both are so sweet and juicy. The naval is more for peeling and eating and the Valencia is more for juicing but great to eat as well just messy. The scent of orange blossoms is incredible! My absolute fave scent. Ours will be blooming in just a couple of months and it blooms at the same time our huge climbing Cecile Brunner rose blooms. The combination is like no other! I want to bottle it. Get your rest and have a good evening. 😀@bichon18,
I am concerned about you falling on ice! I didn’t realize you were having that cold of weather there right now! It is deceiving when it is sunny outside and you don’t see it! Please be careful! I am glad you didn’t hurt yourself. you are lucky. I’ve fallen here on my walk early a.m., so in December or January I walk in the afternoon after the sun has melted it.
You mentioned a sheer top that Heidi wears… I don’t know where she gets hers but try Eileen Fisher. Iman has one here that has the same type of feeling and I have one in black, light blue and a purple-wine color. Comes with a tank. I love it, it’s a poncho set and flattering too, great for jewelry but have to be careful it’s smooth. Check it out. Clearance.
Give my love to Ari. Have a good evening. 😀@taci,
Hope you son has a great time in the snow and he is safe! I got the ring! 😀 I don’t know why my long posts go through but i am afraid with every post that they won’t. I have lost many to the “poof!”. Glad you are out walking again. Stay healthy and safe. Is it raining there still or is your winter over too? We will probably get a few more rains but I think Spring will be here in a couple of weeks in my area. Have a good evening. 😀@southernlights,
I soaked up some sunshine for you while out for my walk today and I’m sending it your way! 😀
I do not envy you your freezing temps! I cannot imagine anything that cold or living in it! You stay warm and safe! Get those fires going and kettle heated! Yikes! Have a good and warm evening. 😀@loaf,
I hope you are not sick. Haven’t heard from you so I am concerned. I hope you have power and are keeping warm in those frozen temps. Snuggle in with those grand kids and Bella and stay warm and healthy! 😀Shout outs @velvet and @mightymouse! Hugs to all! 😀

Hi Sheba;
My hope is that you are well and over this plague that we all seemed or seem to have. The Style Shows are historic and wonderful. People give me recommendations for various shows. There is so much worthwhile on TV these days. Now, I want Hulu. I also wish there would be a sequel to MAd Men but it did end on a good note. My biggest joy is that Rita Moreno will step into the Doc the drug store/fountain proprietor in the remake of West Side Story.
Not so sunny today. Actually downright nasty with rain and temperatures lower but not Oz like.
We got the little man walked and will have a not so long dinner with friends tonight. Was thinking of not keeping the Global Glamour necklace but then I thought:
. There is no return label
. I am making it part of my reach outfit which will be
. An off-the-shoulder dress/tunic/ long sleeve whatever that Heidi wears on air.
The neck is a Vee. I wish she would market it or let us in on the secret. This morning after giving you snow/ice/sleet ladies harangues of not falling I managed to do just that in my driveway. No one was with me. Just plop on my right side. No real harm done. Iced. But….no elliptical for me. If weather improves; I will take a walk tomorrow. What a klutz one can be!
I am drinking my virtual mango smoothie with a dollop of Marine Collagen.
Mmm. Mmm Good

Have a great Sunday and hiking with hubby. I can see your son on the snow.
I hope his surgery goes well. -
I have not heard from you in a few days. I hope you have power. Loaf sending warm hugs
to the Rock and Roll Capital I know you are frozen too. Hang in there Loaf. ♥Loaf I prey no one has the BUG again. Thinking of you. It seems that Vortex is not playing
around. -
What can we do? Turn up the heat put another log on the fireplace. I hope your internet
is up today. Just don’t lose power. It’s too cold for that. Here is some Orange Juice to
keep everyone from getting that bug again. The bug was a whopper! -
Cherie,
Welcome back to feeling normal. This week will be busy getting back into the groove.
How is your Mom in all this? My hubby favorite thing to cook in the Ming Air Fryer is
Burgers. ♥ Nice we can share doing things together. ♥Yep frozen here and even more is on the way. Fireplaces will be on until further notice.
Hey what is 75 degrees? I am trying to remember…This is for you and hubby to enjoy have a great Sunday. 🙂

Doing Our Best
Your best is always good enough, because it comes from you, and you are always good enough.
We often come into contact with the idea that our best isn’t good enough, as if this were actually possible. If you examine this notion, you will begin to see that it doesn’t make much sense. Your best is always good enough, because it comes from you, and you are always good enough. You may not be able to deliver someone else’s idea of the best, but the good news is that’s not your burden. You only need to fulfill your own potential, and as long as you remain true to that calling, and always do your best to fulfill your purpose, you don’t need to expect anything more from yourself.
It’s easy to get tangled up with the idea of trying to be the best–the best parent, the best employee, the best child, or best friend. If we try to be the best, we run the risk of short-circuiting our originality because we are striving to fit into someone else’s vision of success. In addition, if everyone is striving for the same outcome, we lose out on creativity, diversity, and visionary alternatives to the way things are done. On another note, there is nothing wrong with wanting to improve, but examining where this feeling comes from is important because wanting to be better than others is our ego coming into play.
Letting go of the tendency to hold ourselves up to other people’s standards, and letting go of the belief that we need to compete and win, doesn’t mean we don’t believe in doing the best job we can. We always strive to do our best, because when we do we create a life free of regret, knowing we have performed to the best of our ability. This allows us to feel great personal satisfaction in all of our efforts, regardless of how others perceive the outcome.
