Welcome to conversation – 15. This is number 15 of this thread.
We are in TAY. This Thread is three years old.
I hope you enjoy this as it covers music, fashion and most of all
Heidi Daus. I am an Avid Collector. ♥ my focus is fashion being a former
fashion model. As a singer I cover lots of old school music and popular and
show tunes. Movies are a must. We talk about a lot of things in Conversation.
Please remember this is TAY! I am still learning the new system so bear with me.
Blessings to you all. ♥ Happy Holidays ♥

@Sheba,
Top of the morning to you too! 😀 Today is going fine so far. How about yours?
Oh my, those kitties are sooo cuuute! I wish I could cuddle them! 😀 Chewy is having a good day so far and Jonnie is being adorable lying on the bed with her blankie and baby. I am about to go make my breakfast and she will undoubtedly follow me. 😀
Hey, I read down the page this morning and saw the Heidi you wore to the party! Wow! You must have turned heads in that one! People here in my area of Cali are way too casual. When I wear jewelry like that it makes me uncomfortable sometimes with the looks. I imagine them to be thinking “Who does she think she is?”. I guess I have to change that way of thinking. (Which reminds me @Cherie, I got a great book from TBN the other day called God Is… I Am… 100 Days To A Renewed Mind. Love it!) I used to think nothing of it but I think since I have put on some weight (losing but going slow), I feel a little self-conscious so I purposely dress down. It depends on where I am going and who I am with I guess. Anyway, gorgeous Heidi jewels and I know you rocked them! 😀
We are still having rain today and tomorrow. Hopefully next year’s crop of oranges will be plentiful! 😀 Go Sheba! 😀
I hope you have a good day! All the kitties send hugs! 😀 -

February 4
World Cancer Day 2019: ‘I Am and I Will.’ Monday, February 4th is World Cancer Day, when organizations and people around the world unite to raise awareness about cancer and work to make it a global health priority.
This is for my family and all who battle this evil monster no matter where or how you get it. My heart goes out to the children who can’t
help what happens to them. The battle is on. We will win. -
@Cherie,
I Love that handbag! It’s similar in style to my dark brown one except I have no hardware on mine because I wanted to be able to wear it with either silver or gold. I’m funny like that, never mix metals unless they are already mixed like in a watch. I don’t think my toe ring counts. I wear that all the time, it is gold and has a sweet dangly puffed heart. Super sentimental to me and will wear it always. 😀 I also love her shoes and hat! I could never ever in a bizillion years wear leather pants! Whoa! Too hot for me. Kudos to her for not fainting! Lol! 😀
Hey, I am confused… what is wrong with red rice yeast? No, I don’t take AL Choconuvo – it has chocolate, therefor, caffeine. Big no-no for me! I do think he has another cholesterol lowering supplement though that is plant based. I will never agree to take statins. My cardiologist has wanted me on them for a long time and I don’t care that they work, they have too many bad side effects and I don’t trust them. Changing your diet and walking also works because I got mine down to normal (higher end) just by doing that. I fell off the “healthy wagon” at Christmas time, but who doesn’t? It can all be fixed. My sodium was ok last time it was checked in hospital, my potassium was low in the hospital and Dr would not release me until normal. They brought in a HUMONGOUS potassium pill for me to take and I told them I would eat a banana or two instead. Dr said ok and within a few hours I got the ok to be released. I make sure to eat a small banana every other day, sometimes daily. My glucose I also got down from pre-diabetic to within normal range, but like I said, with Christmas, I am not sure how that will fare. We will see… Fingers crossed. Legs crossed. Eyes crossed. Lol! 😀
Glad you enjoyed the game! I love Mexican food! Have you ever had Mexican Meatball soup? Love it! My fave!
Have a good day and stay dry! 😀 Chewy and all the kitties send hugs! 😀 -

Accepting Yourself
To label yourself good or bad is to think too small.
There is no such thing as a good person or a bad person. There are choices and actions that lead us in different directions, and it is through those choices and actions that we create our realities. Sometimes we choose or do something that takes us in the opposite direction of the reality we want to create for ourselves. When we do this, we feel bad–uneasy, unhappy, unsure. We might go so far as to label ourselves “bad” when a situation like this arises. Instead of labeling ourselves, though, we could simply acknowledge that we made a choice that led us down a particular path, and then let it go, forgiving ourselves and preparing for our next opportunity to choose, and act, in ways that support our best intentions.
Many of us experienced childhoods in which the words good and bad were used as weapons to control us–you were good if you did what you were told and bad if you didn’t. This kind of discipline undermines a person’s ability to find their own moral center and to trust and be guided by their own inner self. If you were raised this way, you may find yourself feeling shockwaves of badness when you do something you were taught was wrong, even if now you don’t agree that it’s bad. Conversely, you may feel good when you do what you learned was right. Notice how this puts you in something of a straitjacket. An important part of our spiritual unfolding requires that we grow beyond what we learned and take responsibility for our own liberation in our own terms.
You are a human being with every right to be here, learning and exploring. To label yourself good or bad is to think too small. What you are is a decision-maker and every moment provides you the opportunity to move in the direction of your higher self or in the direction of stagnation or degradation. In the end, only you know the difference. If you find yourself going into self-judgment, try to stop yourself as soon as you can and come back to center. Know that you are not good or bad, you are simply you.

We are cold today and the rest of the week but not like the Vortex. Loaf enjoy your day
and your Iman. ♥ So sorry you are getting the emails again. I don’t like that happening
when you can’t control it. I hope you can fix it. How is your grandchildren? I have a few
sniffles other then that I am fine today. 🙂 -
Cherie,
I love the purse in your photo. I have a question how did you know about my eyes? The reason
I ask is because I was picking up a home made Key Lime Pie and a friend from High School
saw me with a MASK on and she said it is your eyes they are beautiful. I was stunned!She said she knew it was me she said I have not changed since high school we stood and talk for a while catching
up. I sat next to her in Science Class. I know her entire family. It was so good to see her
but I felt a little better seeing someone from the past give a compliment like that. Yep she
stared for a while.Cherie anytime is a good time to spend with family and friends. Do you watch Game of
Thrones? This is the last season. I do miss the X-Files. ♥ Just think you can dress anyway
you want in Cali. I have Dr. Nassif to thank for my skin. ♥ -
@Sheba,
I am just now reading this! Thank you for this lovely prayer! 😀 You are always so thoughtful! 😀
