His smile was very inviting and I should have invited him up for coffee, tea or preferably me. You cannot imagine how I regretted not doing that. If he had to go play a game; then maybe a coffee and pie afterward. How silly of me…..

No! Why is he leaving? Is it because he is retiring or does it have to do with all the same reasons all the other vendors have left. I enjoyed his shows. He is a gentleman, class act for sure. I will miss his laugh here. I don’t follow FB so I will have no way to keep up with him. 🙁

The warning lifted a little bit ago. It is raining and dark now, not scary dark, just rain cloud dark.. The weather has been very weird! The sky was as blue as can be in some patches and the clouds were so dark! I could see them moving in opposing directions. Apparently there was hail and lightening but not in my immediate area. The storm weakened and the rotation in the clouds weakened so they lifted the warning. Now they say we are getting snow in the foothills! Crazy. I am looking at the neighbor’s pear tree and it has big white blossoms on it! Yep, spring is here. Lol!

Are you alright! Wow I cannot believe how fast the weather can change there.
Please take shelter. One place we go if need is to get in a bathtub use cover to
protect yourself from glass or debris. Let me know how it goes. I know you have to
fast tonight. This is a little much.

Girls – We are having another tornado warning! Had rain and wind earlier and then bright blue skies. Now the sky has turned very dark and scary looking. I don’t like this kind of weather.

Yes, I did enjoy my celery and V8! Lol. The game, not so much. Lol! Hubby is still talking about how boring it was and that it had the lowest ratings in 20 years or something like that! Next year will be here before we know it and maybe that one will be an exciting, on the edge of your seat game!
I hope your hubby gets re-certified. If he is talking about it, maybe he should. You only live once.
As far as talking with someone who has gone through this surgery with positive results – oh yeah, it helps me with optimism big time! I still won’t do it until I am in a good place and can see in my mind’s eye everything working out. My Dr is not pushing me before I am ready, he is just getting all tests done so we can move forward when I am brave enough. Feeling like this is wearing on me and I want to be brave. 😀 We live in the US after all, the home of the brave! 😀

How are you doing today? Sounds like you are off to a great start! Believe it or not, I have never had cabbage soup! It sounds kike something I would like to try! Any recipes? I just made beef barley soup last week and that was yummy but I’m not eating beef that often. It’s so good though! 😀

I have a huge elliptical, a professional one and it is so hard to use that I don’t use it. The ones at the gym are so much easier but I get dizzy so I think using them is a little dangerous for me. I get dizzy if I’m on the treadmill too long also. Since my hubby is still fighting to get back the $200 the gym took out unauthorized, he quit our gym. I’d rather sell the elliptical and get a treadmill anyway. I want a fold up kind because room is limited here and it will have to live in the family room. It would be great for us to have because soon we won’t be able to walk in the evening because it’s too hot and the mosquitos will be feasting on us. During warmer weather we walk around 5 or 5:30 am so just once a day.

Did you get all your Heidi goodies yet? Do you love everything? I hope so! I hope you enjoy your soup later with Jerry and be sure to give the little man, Ari hugs for me! Kitties all send hugs! 😀

Good morning! I hope your day is going well! Hey, I am with you on tatoos! I hate them – with exception. I do appreciate a tribal band wrapped around a man’s very well defined and muscular bicep! Mmmm. Lol! It is when people are covered in them. They will regret it one day. I don’t say anything. I silently cringe. I understand some people look at is as expressing themselves artistically but I like other art I guess. To each their own, but I am not a fan of the whole body and face being covered in them. My son wants to get a tattoo of his late cat’s paw on his foot so he will always walk with him in life. I like that, it’s sentimental. I don’t mind those kind of tattoos and it will be somewhere mostly hidden and personal to him.
I know a lot of military guys have their insignias on their arms, those are fine and I definitely understand the reason for that.

OMgosh! Laugh-in! Oh so funny! Remember the guy who rode the tricycle so slowly that he fell over? That was my fave! And Goldie Hawn in those psychedelic dresses! Bossanova! LOL! How long did that show run? When did it run? I just remember my parents and their friends always laughing about it and I also remember some Fake German dude they would laugh over. My fave was the tricycle thing.

I am so proud of you. Well done! I love cabbage and I eat a lot of fruit and veggies.
I had that one slice of sunshine just to remember. ♥ It was delish.

I have a treadmill in my family room for when it is too humid or too cold to do my
walk that machine does a lot of things. After a good workout I take a nice shower. ♥
I have Doctor Zhivago on DVR and I brought the DVD years ago. Still one of my favorite
movies. This is the song I love. ♥

Very happy your friends liked the Key Lime Pie. It is refreshing after the cold weather and now that you have it again

Today, I went to the gym and did three miles on a slight incline for one hour and three miles. My cheeks were bright pink and every pore was emptied. I felt human. To treat myself, I went up to the dining room and got a quart of chicken soup and a quart of cabbage soup which was the special of the day. Jerry is happy with that for dinner.

We have a professional elliptical machine in what we call Poppa’s room as that was his bedroom. After he passed; we got a sleeper sofa and an elliptical. This is actually a newer elliptical. The old one went to one of the boys. I am certain it is a clothing rack by now.

Anyway, watching Dr. Zhivago with Ari next to me.

Stay warm. Am expecting a couple of sale items. This week is Marla and I have no clue as to the TS. I was wondering if he puffer coat which is on sale is actually warm.

You are so pretty I am surprised you would dress down. Read what I posted about
accepting yourself. 🙂 I don’t give a flip what people think of me that is just the way
I think. I am going to be me. I see purple hair, orange hair and different Tats and all on
people and I am sure they don’t care what I think. ♥ Heidi Daus pieces let you dress
up or down as long as you are comfortable about how you look. 🙂 I am calling several
people with cancer today to cheer them up. 🙂 I am sure your son is busy working with
others working on this dreadful THING.

Michael Buble son is doing better I am so happy for him. To get a diagnosis like that
for a 4 year old just blows the mind. It tried to take my child too. We won that round. 🙂
