Cherie wishes I could go to bat with ya at your Dr.’s apt. but we would probably get thrown out of his office (it’s happened). So glad to read your kitty’s are doing well. I think about your friend who suffered a recent loss, I hope she is o.k..

Yikes Sheba …. You have weathered the Winter from “H”. Cherie is very glad your power has not gone out. Hubby and I are just finishing our Marine Peptide smoothies. Speaking of tress …. Glad I had those trees cut down in the nick of time because they were over power lines. 🙂

Mine were not too bad as some people had big split Oak Trees in their front yards and some
had them on their roofs. I was the lucky one. 🙂

Thanks! I wish you well too! Hope it all works out for you! I have fought those meds for a long time but I know now that it is beyond my efforts alone. I gave it a good try though. Dr. was very frank with me and he has been my doctor for a long time and knows me well, he has seen me through a lot so I am going to listen when he says it is time. I hope you can do it, I really do! I’m rooting for you! 😀 Let me know how it goes.

kittengirl,Try not to be so hard on yourself.
My Dr. told me cholesterol has more to do with your genes, than diet and exercise.
I’ve been given a few months to bring mine down,I go back in a couple weeks to retest.
And,just like you if I’m going to need meds,I’m going to take them.
Heart disease runs in my family.

Yeah, I got this. I know what I have to do. Just frustrated and disappointed in myself. I will get over it. Sorry for my rant. Everyone needs to rant or cry every now and then. So, I will go on statins for now or however long I need them. There are worse things. Lots of worse things. I am glad I have doctors that care. I will get this done. Thanks. 😀

I’m about to leave for my evening walk soon. We had ice here this morning and will have it again tomorrow. Nothing like what you have! It will be melted and gone by 10 in the morning. I hope you stay warm tonight and keep your power on. Go relax by that fire with Poppy! 😀
