Hey @taci …. Cherie and family always stop by this place when passing through (just last week). The mountains surrounding this valley look just like the pictures (Minus the antique cars). Nice Hiking places around this area, even the flowers are coming out and look just like ya see here.

@Sheba, @kittengirl, yes, I was surprised that the Jay King Ring Hubie, never arrived. So it’s lost somewhere. I did call HSN to get the tracking number, and once I see my postal carrier she can scan it to determine where it was last.
I will move on form here but did not re-order a new one.

@Cherie, haven’t heard of the fair your went to but it sounds like a nice family outing, and glad you splurged a little. Now your off the the PS Tram. I have been there a few times over the years. It’s the huge shopping area over by Hadley’s that I wish I had more time to visit (maybe it’s best I don’t thought ).

You are so right about the Heidi Site and HSN. Every now and then I go to the Saks Off Fifth and get to try the jewelry on.

So…a few months ago I was at Dillards with SIL. We saw a stand up mirror which opened and was a jewelry case. The wood stain was dark and my bedroom has light furniture with one blue accent piece which is a denim color. Too much would be going on. The price was $250. Or $225. I am not sure. It was made by a company named Hive and Honey or Honey and Hive. Looked it up but didn’t see a color I wanted. It disappeared from the floor and that was that.

Yesterday it reappeared. This time it was on sale for $85.00. Still wrong color. Left it there. Today Jerry went to the Apple Store at the mall. I called him and asked him to look at it and tell me what he thought. He found the stand up mirror and opened the magic door to find the jewelry case behind mirrored door. He looked at the $85.00 price when a salesperson walked by and said, “the price will be 30% less.” My heart began to pound. That will bring the price to less than $60.00. At the cash register…..my Dillards card revealed an extra 10% off! Sold! Tomorrow, we pick it up with my crossover.

Jerry said he did not think it will stand the test of time. I laughed since we are not exactly in our twenties.

Auntie Aim will have a case to help her play dress up!

It will be my Heidi case!
