Hi Sheba;
Longish day. Went and got our Global Entry. Ari spent the afternoon with Chloe. Came home, fixed dinner and now night night.
Have to be at Golf Outing for our Community Charities to sell raffles. Then to grocers; then home to clearing out stuff from closet. My closet….ack!
See you in morning.
Please tell Poppy that he is very brave.

@Sheba, how’s the cold treating you? The fireplace going sound nice. I know it can be hard to get around. Hubby and I hiked this afternoon, and it was light sprinkling. It was a bit humid so harder than usual. The ring never showed up so I have no idea where it is, still trying to ring to my postal person. HSN was awesome and refunded me. I see Kittengirl is back.
@ Kittengirl, nice to see you posting. Yes, I loved @Sheba’s cloud post. The flying bug has bitten you know who now.Since we switched out our cable and all, I binge watched Riveria this morning. It has Julie Stiles, and I enjoyed it. Check it out of you get a chance.
We saw an Apollo 11 Imax movie yesterday. If you get a chance it’s also wonderful to see.
@Cherie, it’s ancient history for kids… with pay phones, tape recorders and Kodak camera’s.
I must say I liked that people dressed in suits and dress. -
I don’t want you to be nervous tomorrow. I know what it feels like. I dread doctors and I too
do not like white coats. Let us know how you are when this is over. I will be praying for you. -

Good Morning Sheba!
I love that cat! He looks like my dear sweet Ernie. We lost him a year ago on Thursday. I was so upset I went into A-Fib again and in ER and had to stay an extra day until I had normal sinus rhythm. It is so hard when we lose our babies. I haven’t allowed myself to grieve him since because I was afraid of having problems again. I had my hubby put his ashes up in the closet so I wouldn’t cry. I think it is time now for him to come down and join all my other babies. I really loved that cat. Everyone loved him. He had a very good life. He loved to be held and burped like a baby. What a character. 😀
I’m glad you got a walk in but I hope you stay in now and keep warm and dry! I love cold weather and wish I could have snow but I guess when you have a lot of it, it gets old. You must really be looking forward to spring! We are raining here today and I want to have a fire today. It will be hot here before you know it so I’d like to enjoy the fireplace before it’s too late. The mountains and foothills around here are covered with snow and it is so pretty! The animals up there are happy now and will have water this summer in the streams and lakes. 😀
Thank you for wishing me well tomorrow. I am a little nervous and just want to get it over with. Well, I’m off to get stuff done around here. Have a good day and enjoy your show tonight! I’m planning to watch the movie “Wichita” tonight with Joel McCrea and John Smith (from Laramie). Victoria is on PBS later. I hope you have a good day! Kisses to Poppy! 😀

The Journey of Release
When we learn to let go, more energy flows and less effort is needed.
When we become overwhelmed and things are not going as planned, it is natural to hold tighter to our goals and try to force things to go our way. In the process, we tie ourselves in knots, tensing our shoulders, jaws, and muscles throughout our bodies. Our mind tells us that this is how to get a firmer grip on a situation that feels out of control, but as we create knots in our bodies we are blocking the flow of our energy, exhausting ourselves by exerting more effort yet accomplishing less. At these times, though it may seem counterintuitive, our higher selves know it’s better to let go.
This may not be quite as easy as it sounds. After the relief of our first decision to release, if we allow questions about how to get everything done to start again, the knots will be back before we know it. So we need to be aware that this is a process to breathe through. First, we need to let go of our idea of what the perfect outcome should be, and allow that the intelligence that drives the universe knows better than we do how everything fits together for the highest good. Then we might have to release our imagined consequences and realize that, in most cases, the worst that could happen really isn’t that bad. We may need to remember how to relax, first by taking deep breaths, then by meditating, and then perhaps seeking help from a loved one, massage therapist, or energy healer to clear the underlying knots.
We can ease our mental stress by prioritizing what we truly want to accomplish, and then delegating the rest to someone who has more enthusiasm for those things. When we relax and let life’s energy flow through our minds, bodies, spirits, and lives, we will find that we can accomplish more with less effort and feel good doing it. We don’t have to tie ourselves in knots. Instead, we can let the ribbons of our energy unfurl to gracefully direct us through life’s abundant flow.
