I hope you enjoy this as it covers music, fashion and most of all
Heidi Daus. I am an Avid Collector. ♥ my focus is fashion being a former
fashion model. As a singer I cover lots of old school music and popular and
show tunes. Movies are a must. We talk about a lot of things in Conversation.
Please remember this is TAY! I am still learning the new system so bear with me.

@Sheba,
I was just thinking of you! I am watching Property Brothers and the house they are working on had snakes! Jonathan was teasing the lady and showed her a video on his phone of the snake crawling. She was freaking out! He said it was a big fat “rat snake” and said they lost it in the walls! LOL! She was so freaked out! Then he told her he was just kidding, they got it out but she still needed to watch for crawly things. She quickly left the room! LOL! I couldn’t help but think of you seeing that nest of snakes in your yard! I’m really not afraid of snakes as long as someone is holding it or it’s behind glass but to find them in the wild (OR MY YARD) is another thing! What a nice neighbor to remove them for you! Did he hear you screaming? He would’ve heard me that’s for sure!

We were in Club Sheba
I will write again. I don’t recognize my thread anymore. Kitten that is pretty much how it went for me.
Have a slight headache tonight. -
I was talking so much about the babies that I forgot to respond about the drywall. It is quite a job! Many years ago, my dad and hubby finished the walls but left the rafters open. Since I want to let the kitties in there I don’t want them getting up there in the rafters. Besides, it will be much cleaner and more comfy temperature wise for my studio. I am not surprised your neck was messed up for months! We will be painting the ceiling and walls and I know we will be feeling it. I was tempted to get that Wagner sprayer yesterday when it was the TS. Let me know how you like it.

Oh, you sound just like me! I would cry too for days! I cried for days last fall when Tammy-Tabitha’s babies were stolen out of my yard. Tammy-Tabitha would walk around the front and back yard crying and searching for her babies! It broke my heart! She would look at me like she was saying “Help me find my babies”! Every time I’d hear her cry, I’d burst into tears.
With her litter before that (Jess, Harper, Laramie and Pumpkin), Pumpkin was picked out by the neighbor and we initially were going to give him up. He was sick and we fell in love with him (as all of them) but needed to keep him longer so he could get his medicine and get healthy. We just couldn’t give him up then. I don’t think I would’ve survived that! It is already killing me that we have to give up the new babies and I don’t know how I am going to. Hopefully some family members will want some of them and then I can still know how they are. That must have been gut-wrenching for you. I would definitely fail foster care 101! I’m right there with you!
Bear is an adorable name! I used to call my Walker “Baby Bear”. He was so special. My son and his fiance sent me a big bouquet of white roses and fluffy flowers after he passed because of his white fluffy fur. I was so touched. I am so glad Bear is feeling so much better! Give him hugs for me! 😀

You will be home soon! I hope you had a wonderful time in Europe! I know you are right now super anxious to get home to your little man, Ari! He can probably hear the jet engines! I know my cats can hear our cars a street away! And our cars are in healthy conditions! It’s funny to watch because they perk up before the car arrives and sure enough, soon hubby walks through the door. They recognize both of our cars. I thought that only happened with dogs but it happens with cats too! I bet he is so excited he will hear when your plane touches down! 😀
Well, you have been missed here and I am excited to hear all about your trip! Get your rest and cuddle Ari! Talk with you soon… 😀

Hi Kittengirll😁
That’s good that you’re hiring out the job for the garage. Years ago, we did the same to our garage at our first house but we did the work ourselves. Drywalling a ceiling is a hard job. My neck was messed up for months. Yes, my Bear Dog is getting better and better each day. A friend contacted me about a 18 month old Yorkie today. I always had multiples so being down to one was an adjustment. However, Bear is old and it’s not fair to him at this point so we’ll wait. We fostered for our local Yorkie/Maltese rescue and Bear was our first foster baby 14 years ago. I failed fostering 101 because I couldn’t give him up. Bear is a Maltese. Now that I think about it, most of the dogs we fostered were Maltese. We fostered 2 Yorkies and a dozen Maltese as a foster home. I always cried for days when they went to their forever homes. I know, that’s the goal to find the perfect home, but I couldn’t help but get attached to each and every one. -
Hiya Cherie 😁

Thanks Sheba! Seems like I receive at least one to two emails a day from Heidi’s store announcing some type of sale. She has had some amazing deals lately. As you know, it’s definitely fun to build each suite. I wore her Siam Valentine Tuesday Treasure today, I forget the name but it’s a huge heart with a long black cord. I think of Taci every time I wear one of them. I know they were sold out when she tried to buy. I wish I could share.

I’ve been bad. I received Heidi’s email about her Rose Elegance being in stock. I bought it. It’s one of those pieces that spoke to me. 🌹

@Sheba,
I am enjoying the kitties today and getting stuff done around here. We got an estimate this morning for the garage ceiling drywall and insulation and now hubby is with plumber over at daughter’s. There is always something, that’s life, right? Isabel is doing well. 😀
I love the picture collage you posted for me today! Reminds me of pictures I would take. I love the sentiment too! I hope you have peace and joy in your day too (I know you are going through worries with your family members). Hugs to Poppy! 😀@Cherie,
I am glad the Captain calls you back when it is safe for your eyes! I just can’t take that stuff! And if animals are involved… Oh, no way, it just DESTROYS me (I know you know the story of Roberto)! Sometimes those glimpses into those horrid scenes before you can even turn away stay with you forever! I don’t need that in my memories! I want to put good and positive things in my mind. 😀
You are brave too using a chain saw! Now every time I see that WWII Rosie Riveter poster I will think of you and Sheba!
I hope your fur baby is even better today! Hugs to fur baby! 😀I am with you! You and I can use the hand clippers and leave the power tools to Sheba and southern! Afterwards, we can all take a break and have some fresh squeezed oj from my trees! Cherie’s Captain can make us all some fish tacos and air fries for dinner and Amy can bring her key lime pie for dessert! Loaf can bring whatever she wants! 😀
I hope you are having a great day! I hope you are not getting snow this weekend like Sheba but I think I saw a storm warning for Ohio on the weather channel. Stay warm and safe. Hugs to Bella! 😀
Hope everyone has a great day! Hugs and kitty hugs to ALL! 😀

Evaluating Our Relationships
Be the friend to others, that you wish them to be to you.
There comes a time in all our lives when we may need to evaluate our relationships, making sure that they are having a positive effect on us, rather than dragging us down. Without realizing it, we may be spending precious time and energy engaging in friendships that let us down, rather than cultivating ones that support and nourish us along our path. Life, with its many twists, turns, and challenges, is difficult enough without us entertaining people in our inner circle who drain our energy. We can do so much more in this world when we are surrounded by people who understand what we’re trying to do and who positively support our efforts to walk our path.
We can begin this evaluation process by simply noticing how we feel in the context of each one of our close relationships. We may begin to see that an old friend is still carrying negative attitudes or ideas that we ourselves need to let go of in order to move forward. Or we may find that we have a long-term relationship with someone who has a habit of letting us down, or not showing up for us when we need support. There are many ways to go about changing the status quo in situations like this, having a heart to heart with our friend showing through example. This process isn’t so much about abandoning old friends as it is about shifting our relationships so that they support us on our journey rather than holding us back.
An important part of this process is looking at ourselves and noticing what kind of friend we are to the people in our lives. We might find that as we adjust our own approach to a relationship, challenging ourselves to be more supportive and positive, our friends make adjustments as well and the whole world benefits.

I know you have a great collection of Heidi Daus. I wonder if she will do her necklace sale
this year? Most of my necklaces from her are Swarovski Crystals and yep it makes a difference.It is fun to build her suite. I do have to shop both HSN and her site. 🙂
I hope you are having a warmer day. Hugs to the furbaby.
