We are in TAY. This Thread is three years old.
I hope you enjoy this as it covers music, fashion and most of all
Heidi Daus. I am an Avid Collector. ♥ my focus is fashion being a former
fashion model. As a singer I cover lots of old school music and popular and
show tunes. Movies are a must. We talk about a lot of things in Conversation.
Please remember this is TAY! I am still learning the new system so bear with me.

Hi Amy! Yes, I see you waving! I’m waving back; do you see me? Its 97 here today and very warm. I imagine it is warm there too.
I love what you bought! I want to get those earrings too in the same color. I think they will look great with the Enchante pin in jonquil. I want that too! I’m not sure if I will be getting anything this visit. I’d love to get the What a Stud earring set in the clear/black. I’d also lob
ve to get another Dazzling Delight in the olivine. I have it in Montana blue and Golden already. I also love the long beaded necklace with the pink and green beads that look like adventurine and rose quartz. I have pieces in my jewelry that are rose quartz and they will mix beautifully with it. I may just wait until Heidi’s next visit though. I hope you enjoy your pieces and wear them in good health! 😀I know you brought with you on your trip some Heidi for your friend. How did she like it?
That is weird that your Heidi emails go to your hubby! My Dr phone calls sometimes go to my hubby and I don’t understand it. My hubby has his cell hooked into the home system so he can take the home calls when he is out so somehow things get messed up. I don’t get how all these things work sometimes. And quite frankly, I just don’t care. I’ve got enough other things to think about.
Hope Ari and Jerry are both well. Chewey went to vet Monday morning and was given more meds and a Vitamin B12 shot. We are back to that now once a week. He has lost weight again. Dr said she was surprised he has been with us this long but he keeps fighting and all his vitals are good. He was a little dehydrated so she gave him fluids subcutaneously. He is eating well but his weight is still too low. He got up to 9 and is back down to 8.25. Once his eye is feeling better he should be able to get that weight back on him. At least we are hoping. A lot going on around here…
Well, I hope you got your Heidi fix for today. Until next month, right? Lol!

Hi Kittengirl;
How are you. I am waving across the country. Can you see me? Yes…I am watching Heidi.
Did you order anything. I purchased the Grace earrings in the Jonquil combo as well as the Sparkling solution bangle in the Pink Combo and the Turquoise Multi combo. Excellent prices.
Today, I discovered that my daily Heidi e mails are going to Jerry. Now, how can I add to my wish list if he gets the e mails. Ha ha…..he has orders from me to forward everyday. Crazy!!
Enjoy your kitten Kissies.

Sheba Dear;
Saw sorry that you are going through such a tragic loss. Keep yourself well. It sounds like you are worried about everyone.
As for Heidi; oh dear. I bought the Grace Half Hoop earrings in the Jonquil Combo….and I bought two of the Sparkling Solution bangles; one in pink and the other in the Turquoise combo. I am filling in blanks.
Watched the first show of the evening and am taping the other. We now have on the news.

@Sheba,
Ouch is right! That would hurt so bad! I never go outside without shoes because I always end up stepping on something that hurts. Those trees are so beautiful though. Ours was in our front yard when we lived in L.A. so no one was ever in the front without shoes. That would have been a different story if in the back yard where the kids played! Your poor feet!
I am glad your mom is calm when making those phone calls. When my dad called about my mom he was trying so hard, but as he got to saying it he couldn’t. We both just cried on the phone. When he was able to talk again he told me and said they brought her back 3 times and on the 4th they couldn’t. He was in shock. She had been taken out of ICU the night before and was going to be going home. She was looking forward to coming home and watching the baby birds in the nest outside her window. I wasn’t able to call my kids, hubby handled it. Even when you are expecting it, it is still a shock when it happens. We just all believed she would have a little more time. She went so quickly, just 6 weeks from diagnosis. My BIL went quickly too. He had just been playing tennis 4 or 5 weeks before. I HATE cancer so much!
I hope you and your family have a calm day today. Hugs.

Good morning! I hope all is well and you are staying safely away from snakes on your hikes!
Have a good one! 😀 -
I hope you and Jerry are relaxing form your trip with little man, Ari. You said a few days ago that you hoped to get some reading done so I hope you are enjoying that. Will you be watching Heidi?
Have a good one! Hugs to Ari! 😀 -
@Sheba,
That is a beautiful song and a very sweet dedication to McPoopoo. I never had any “conversations” with her. I started here after she had left. None of you knew what had happened and were posting to her, hoping she was busy or on vacation. Sheba, you knew when you had your dream. I knew by your dream. I am glad her hubby reached out to let you know and confirm what McPoopoo told you in your dream. I hope her family is doing alright today as I know this will be a very hard day. Now they have gone through their year of “firsts”. They will all be in my prayers today. I know you will never forget her.

@Cherie,
Thank you for the adorable picture of the kitty with the blankie and teddybear! Oh so cute and brought back many sweet memories of my Cuddles. She loved to have blankies on her like a little baby! And she “stole” my childhood teddybear from me! She loved him so much and loved sleeping with her head on his legs! 😀 Walker (her son) had a special love for that same teddybear. 😀
I know you like my kitty stories so I hope you get a smile or two out of that one.
Did I ever tell you about Jonnie and her “baby”? It’s a beanie baby kitten (Sheba kindly posted it’s picture months ago) and she grooms it, plays with it and takes it to her food bowl. After it “eats” she moves it to her water bowl for a drink. Sometimes she moves it over to the litter box. The other day, she put it by the bathroom door facing the bathroom so she could watch me! Jonnie is so funny and so cute! She still doesn’t like to be touched much and it has to be her idea. I really hope she will overcome that one day because I just want to squeeze her with cuddles! 😀
About your MIL… mine is starting to “prepare” too. It’s hard because you don’t want to hear it but at the same time you want them to have peace of mind that they were listened to. It helps them ease their worries. My mom did the same thing about 10 years before we lost her. She put stickers on all of her paintings so we would know who she wanted to have them. I would always tell her I don’t want to think about that but she felt better. I’ve told my kids I want them to have all the dishes (I love dishes) because they represent family times together, and all the paintings and art, the photos, certain sentimental things, the heirloom jewelry or sentimental jewelry, and all the history books, especially those from WWII and the Civil War. They don’t teach it anymore and there is almost no one left to tell the story. I think “history” gets twisted these days. These are books from the actual time and by people who lived through it. I have a lot of Civil war books because I am related (on my mom’s side) to a famous general who went on to become President of the US. Hubby and I love history. Anyway, it’s never too soon (once they reach a reasonable age) to mention the things you want your kids to have, or the stories behind them or who loved them before you got to love them. I think you said it very well, it is bitter sweet.
Have a good day! Hugs and kitty hugs! 😀
