Thank goodness you feel better. However, one must get to the bottom of why this is happening. You will feel the better for it. Do not wait…nothing is more important than you. Now, chomp chomp.
The Peleton. Boy, can I feel my upper thighs this morning which is good because I never feel my upper thighs. These are my outer thighs. I will pad as necessary. Folded sanitary napkins seem to help the very sensitive spot. A man must have invented the bicycle seat. I like this.
As for Heidi; I bought the clear flowerpot bracelet. Touches of black, clear and citrine crystals match nicely with Heidi earrings I have. We shall see what the necklace portion shall bring. As for the new additions ilike the orange blossom necklace. There are a couple of other goodies but I want to see them on. The Wisteria and the Magnolia necklaces still call to me. And….where is my Bichon pin? No where.
Just came in from a swim. Will chat later.
Call the doctor! That is an order.

Hi Girls,
I am fine now and hoping no repeat soon. I don’t know what is going on lately but it gets exhausting after just a few hours. I had 8 hours of it yesterday. Before we were ready to go to ER I wanted to try one more walk around the block to see if it would put me into normal mode and if not we would go or call 911. As my hubby was calling our daughter I started to feel like I was stabilizing and felt a surge of heat and my heart return to normal. I was still out of breath for a little while longer but I was stable. I had been freezing the whole time. When this happens I get super cold and when I stabilize I feel hot and the color comes back to me. It is like I am in A-Fib but my heart rate isn’t high enough or my BP isn’t high enough although it is erratic and my heart is constantly jumping around (very exhausting) and I’m out of breath. I am wondering if I am in A-Fib but because of the rythmol maybe I don’t feel it as intensely? Next time this happens I will go to ER or call 911 because this has been happening too much lately and it needs to STOP and I want answers! Well, enough about me…
@Sheba, I hope you are staying safe out there in Oz. I just put the weather channel on and am hearing about the flooding in Oklahoma and flood threats in Kansas. Is flooding anywhere near you? I am hoping you are safe and will continue to stay safe! I sure hope no tornadoes are expected or touched down! I am absolutely terrified of tornadoes. I have had dreams where I am in the core of a tornado but never want to have those dreams come true! How is hubby, son and Poppy holding out? I hope Hubby can stay home with you when you get scary weather. Do you have a basement? I’m thinking with everything going on in your family, can you just get a break for a while? Stay safe please! Hugs to Poppy! 😀
@Cherie, Thank you for your concerns and prayers! Thank you for Dr. Morris too! Oh that cat is so adorable! I wish I had a Dr. like him! I wouldn’t put off going then! 😀 Glad your dinosaur project is done and you can relax a little! Seems like yesterday when my kids were learning about dinosaurs. Time goes by so very fast so enjoy every moment of it! 😀
I still haven’t caught up with everything around here but I did see your picture of the kitty that looked like Simba. She looked like my Ernie and if she was anything like him then your home is really missing her presence and warm loving spirit. I know our home is not the same.
Kitty hugs to you and your family. 😀@taci, I am so sorry to hear about the little baby bird! Thank you and God Bless You for taking care of it! Nature can be so awesome and beautiful and full of sadness at the same time. It’s hard to make sense of at times, especially when a new life is ended so soon. I find that the hardest thing to understand. But there is a blessing in being a part of that life and to experience the joy of new life.
The baby ducklings didn’t make it here either and it has been a sad thing to see.
Safe and happy trails! Whenever Sheba says Happy Trails to you, I hear Roy Rogers singing! 😀@southernlights55, How did the sleep over go? I remember those times so well and often wish those days were back again. I loved it when the kids had their friends over and the laughter and energy filled this house. It goes by in a flash and I wish I could have had my kids forever at that age.
I don’t blame you for feeding only wet food to Bear. I would too. I mean, what is the point of making him struggle to eat his meals? After what he went through and the stage in his life, just make him happy and give him an easy life, right? That’s how I see it for Roberto right now. He is still holding at stage two kidney disease and refuses to eat the special diet food. We agree with our vet that at his age (20 years) and stage in life let him eat what he wants and let him be happy! 😀 Hugs to Bear! 😀@bichon18, I was going to ask you how the seat on your new bike was! Thank you for telling us. I don’t ride them for that reason. Padded bike shorts, an extra soft seat and even extra padding with towels have never helped me. More power to you for being able to ride it! You go Amy! 😀
I have been wanting to ask you how your flight went to Europe… It was a long flight. Did you have any problems with circulation, swollen feet and legs from the flight? Did you go first class?
Are you ready for Heidi? Any new goodies picked out? Hugs to Ari! 😀@loaf, I hope you are staying safe with that horrible weather you’ve been having. Hope the family is well. Hugs to Bella! 😀
Shout outs to VelveteenRabbit, Mightymouse, Bassetbabe, Mooncat, Pookie, Boots and Deeklez if you are reading! Hope you all are doing well! 😀 Hugs to everyone! 😀

Well said I could not have said it better. All we want is for Kitten to stay well.

Sheba Dear …. Cherie is glad to read your not in any eminent danger from mother nature’s fury. Texas’s weather is no better and I can’t believe Colorado … Snow. It’s in the 70’s here, it’s windy so it’s cooler than usual for May. Sheba, those are very profound Words of Wisdom and also the Suggested Song of the Day. Cherie is worried about Kitten & You …. Stay safe Sheba♥ … Take Care Everyone.

Cherie,
I am doing fine just a lot of wind and rain. We have a few more days of this and then
there will be some flooding the Sump Pump is working great. 🙂Thank you for your prayers and thinking of me. I have a lot going on I just have to deal
with things. 🙂 It is very cool right now something like 50 degrees. A little chilly for this
time of year. No worries I cannot stand real hot weather so for now this is fine.Oh Toy Story is coming June 21st. I have never missed a Toy Story Movie and I own them
all on Blu Ray. ♥ My mom said the snow was really bad and my sister and nephew had to
shovel snow this morning. WHAT! I am done. LOL!You and Captain enjoy your day. Thank you for the sweet post. ♥

Finding Peace Within
If we are to have true peace in the world, we must first find it within ourselves.
Most people agree that a more peaceful world would be an ideal situation for all living creatures. However, we often seem stumped as to how to bring this ideal situation into being. If we are to have true peace in this world, each one of us must find it in ourselves first. If we don’t like ourselves, for example, we probably won’t like those around us. If we are in a constant state of inner conflict, then we will probably manifest conflict in the world. If we have fighting within our families, there can be no peace in the world. We must shine the light of inquiry on our internal struggles, because this is the only place we can really create change.
When we initiate the process of looking inside ourselves for the meaning of peace, we will begin to understand why it has always been so difficult to come by. This in itself will enable us to be compassionate toward the many people in the world who find themselves caught up in conflicts both personal and universal. We may have an experience of peace that we can call up in ourselves to remind us of what we want to create, but if we are human we will also feel the pull in the opposite direction–the desire to defend ourselves, to keep what we feel belongs to us, to protect our loved ones and our cherished ideals, and the anger we feel when threatened. This awareness is important because we cannot truly know peace until we understand the many tendencies and passions that threaten our ability to find it. Peace necessarily includes, even as it transcends, all of our primal energy, much of which has been expressed in ways that contradict peace.
Being at peace with ourselves is not about denying or rejecting any part of ourselves. On the contrary, in order to be at peace we must be willing and able to hold ourselves, in all our complexity, in a full embrace that excludes nothing. This is perhaps the most difficult part for many of us, because we want so much to disown the negative aspects of our humanity. Ironically, though, true peace begins with a willingness to take responsibility for our humanity so that we might ultimately transform it in the light of our love.

The rain and wind is hard but my flowers are intact. I hate the lightning more then
anything someone got struck the other day. So I am off the computer.
