Hoping Cool Hand, Sheba and Poppy are enjoying part or all of this unofficial beginning of summer weekend. You are having rain, we are warm. Am watching Skinn right now. I want James to come to my house and tell me what to do. He is brilliant.

The Peleton! I love it. Was on it today for 35 minutes and loved it. They recommend you do it every other day. Give a break. In the meantime I can ride the scenic tapes that are not classes. On off days I will swim. At last….I am moving my Behind.

Thanks for the tips Sheba! You are so sweet. Must admit my hiking sometimes seems like a fairy tale from a book with rabbits, squirrels and birds. I did see two snakes recently. One harmless on the side of a path and one rattler across the path (we back tracked).
Bichon’s Peleton sounds safe plus no sun or bee’s.
Airplanes – I will you all – not what is used to be. After going through Security in SD on the last trip I wanted to leave and go home,and forget the whole trip but I was with hubby and didnt want to upset him. Oh well, what you gonna do. Need to travel.
Bought some Skinn – Dermapeel body and face, and the balms.
More later – dont want to poof.

Sorry you could not post yesterday. HSN has a lot of security in place and you do have

father and sister are both not feeling too great but they are alright. Thank you for
