Top of the morning in Cali I hope you are doing so much better. I am pretty sure you have

Good Morning in the Rock and Roll City. 🙂 We are having a very calm day today.
Almost perfect day. ♥ A lot of people who lost everything do not see it that way and I
can’t blame them. This too shall pass.

How are the flowers you and grandson planted? I know with the fountains they will be
so pretty. ♥

Morning to you and Jerry today. I hope all is well. I know you two are loving your bike.
Poppy sends hugs to litte Ari. Amy you will never believe what happened yesterday!
A Bichon dog was running around in my area someone emailed me and I went out
to try to find it. If it did not have tags I would have kept it had I was able to catch him.
It was gray according to the description. I hope the little doggie made it home alright
I have not heard anything yet. I am keeping my eyes open just in case it comes on my
street. 🙂 I just want to play with it and try to find the owner.

Charlie the cat who lives in the back of me always visits. I do miss my cat. ♥
How was the swim? Amy we are having a calm day here in OZ. God is good.

One Day at a Time

Taking one step at a time makes life much easier to navigate, rather than always looking at the big picture.

The years of our life do not arrive all at once; they greet us day by day. With the descent of each setting sun, we are able to rest our heads and let the world take care of itself for a while. We may rest assured throughout the night, knowing that the dawn will bring with it a chance to meet our lives anew, donning fresh perspectives and dream-inspired hopes. The hours that follow, before we return to sleep once more, are for us to decide how we want to live and learn, laugh and grow. Our lives are sweeter and more manageable because we must experience them this way: one day at a time.

Imagine the future stretching out before you and try to notice if you feel any tension or overwhelm at the prospect of the journey still to come. Perhaps you have recently made a lifestyle change, like beginning a new diet or quitting smoking, and the idea of continuing this healthy new behavior for years seems daunting. Maybe you have started a new job or are newly married and can feel an undercurrent of anxiety about your ability to succeed. If you can shift your focus from what may happen years down the line and return it to the day that is before you right now, you may find a measure of calm and renewed confidence in your capabilities. You may also discover an inner faith that the future will take care of itself.

The way we show up for our lives today and tomorrow has an enormous affect on who we will be and what we will be experiencing years from now. If we can remain fully engaged in the day at hand, enjoying all it has to offer and putting our energy into making the most of it, we will find that we are perfectly ready and capable to handle any future when it arrives.

I had a restful normal night no sirens. 🙂 I thank god no one was hurt or worse. People can
always rebuild I have a lot I was giving away so this is a good thing for everyone. Cherie
sometimes you can have too much of a good thing. Our kids say time to get rid of things
you know you don’t need or want. I pray all can get back on their feet and it is not just
my State it is all over the US. ♥ Mother Nature is not to be messed with. I respect her. 🙂

I had a nice walk in the sun with Poppy so I am feeling much better. 🙂 I hope you and Captain
have a great day. Oh School is almost out for summer. YAY I can hear the kids now. Start
packing for that summer fun in the sun. Cherie I love the Stand you won you are so lucky.
