Off to take my Bear for a check up with cardiologist. I am not expecting any changes and pray the ultrasound shows the same as 6 months ago. Have a beautiful day! Sunny and cool here. Perfect weather!

Anything with real whipping cream catches my attention and soooooo good!
Here’s a dessert that’s easy to make and a family favorite. We call it Heavenly Hash. Whip whipping cream (no butter, lol) and a tiny amount of sugar while whipping. Once whipped, fold in strained Maraschino cherries, a bag of mini marshmallows, a can of strained pineapple (we prefer shredded but small chunks work too) and shredded coconut. My boys don’t like the coconut so I set aside their batch before adding coconut. I am sure you know but for those who don’t, for fluffier peaks put metal or glass mixing bowl and beaters in refrigerator one hour before whipping cream. So good! -
Hi Loaf, glad the earthquake didn’t cause damage. My husband was disappointed because we didn’t feel anything here in MI. I told him to be grateful. The media said it’s unusual for an earthquake to happen in our area and that’s why some (like my hubby) think it’s an exciting event. Did I ever tell you about the time we visited the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and hubby set off the alarms? Leave it to my hubby to reach past the invisible security beams to try and touch a guitar. He is like another child. Keep your hands to yourself. 🤪
