Coffee baby! Then later in the day Tea. Sometimes I will have a smoothie too.

Coffee can give me a headache if I drink too much then I start to talk too much.

You can tell when I have had coffee today is one of them. Oops. 🙂

Like you all I love black, Browns, dark blues, but have a special place for lime green. I’ve worn the color as layering under a button down but not too often. Love greens in general.

@Sheba, sorry if I missed you question earlier. My morning beverage is a large strong coffee. It’s something I look forward to and absolutely wakes me up. Either my husband or I make it. What about you?

@Sheba, The secure meal replace product looks interesting. How does it taste?
Many years ago I tried this and I think it came in chocolate. It’s probably been updated since then.
I take the cholesterol care, ultimate womans wellness and recently added the hair skin and nails. Usually i only take vitamins during the work week and once a day. I tried the marine Collegen with peptides, in a beverage, and probably won’t reorder it.
Maybe the Ultimate Eye Support will be my next purchase.

S. Cali is 80 degrees. Oh how wonderful. We are 12 right now. I am warm and I am drinking
plenty of water. I do take my Andrew Lessman I cannot start my day with his products.

Thanks for the feedback on what you take and it is exactly like what I take.

I wash my hands frequently and I encourage my family to wash theirs too.

I keep Clorox on hand and wipe down everything. I do not use it on colors.
