DREADFUL THAT I JUST GOOGLED PLANT STEROLS & FOUND THAT THEY CAN CAUSE DIARHHEA! I LOVE MY 91% BUT SINCE I’VE HAD MANY BOWEL PROBLEMS & SURGERY TO REMOVE 1/3 OF MY LARGE INTESTINE, I WISH I HAD KNOWN THIS BEFORE. I ONLY TAKE 1 OR 2 PIECES A DAY AFTER EATING IN AFTERNOON BUT WONT BE BUYING THIS AGAIN. WISH I HAD DONE MY HOMEWORK!

Snoopster, what was it about plant sterols (besides diarrhea) that has you distressed? Maybe it isn’t to late to return?

I’ve been using 91% choco nuvo for over two years and have never had an issue with gastric distress. Our cholesterol has lowered and we enjoy 2 in the evening after dinner.

Wouldn’t want to be without it!

Snoopster, sorry you cant use the product. Try online, lots to choose from and the cost is lower.
Hope you can return it.
