Can't Order Online
Is anyone else having trouble ordering on line. I keep getting an error message saying my order didn’t go through. This has been going on for some time and I am really frustrated. Customer Service doesn’t seem to understand why it is happening either.

The same thing happened to me. I kept getting an error message that there was an error in the ordering process so I finally called and ordered on the phone. But then I didn’t know till the next morning that the other two orders did go through and so I was charged for two shipments that I tried to cancel. I’m waiting for HSN to give me the refund.

Recently I ordered an item and twice I cancelled the item when the order was going thru at full price instead of the discounted price. I discovered when I clicked AGREE on the bank’s acceptance page, it was accepting my order for the full price instead of the discounted price. Therefore, causing an error message.
Then I called customer service and told them what was happening, and they placed the order for me at the proper amount. So now my order status shows 2 cancelled orders and 1 order placed for the same item. -
Same thing just happened to me today. So irritating.

Hello, Same thing just happened to me today. My order will not go through and I have ordered from HSN with my QVC Q Card before just a few months ago. So irritating.
