Call
Seems every time I have a return, I have to notify them that is has been received. Just seems that the customer has to check behind others.

💯! This happens to me almost every time too! They are very nice when I call but I do have to check on them usually too!

When I send a return…it takes a few days for them to receive and I feel sure receiving dept has lot to receive. I get an email when mine has had been received.

Why do you have to notify them that they have it? I do call before I return something because sometimes they don’t want beauty items back, but otherwise ….
