Call To Order??

I have to call to order. When I call cust service a supervisor says it’s a glitch that I get that message then she fixes it. But if I ever try to order again, when I go to place an item in my basket it says “CALL TO ORDER.” I might place an order maybe twice a year max. I do have a HSN credit card but rarely do I use it, much less carry a balance on it, yet no one seems to know why this happens …do you? Have you heard of this ?
