Buyer Beware!

If you order a big ticket item be sure to check your order, especially if you remove it from your cart. I ordered an origami cart the day they had $15 off $75 or more. I used the coupon and later removed the item from my cart. I was shocked a day later when I was checking another item and saw HSN had shipped the cart and charged the regular price. They refunded my money. I never received an It’s Yours when you check out or an email confirming my order. I had to lug that huge item to the UPS store. Customer Service told me I should have checked my order. I assumed since I removed it, the item was cancelled.
