so this is now the statement that loads in the page where we used to be able to instantly access product videos:

I deplore this inconvenience, however, I click on the bot statement – it brings me to YouTube,
I cut and paste into the YouTube search bar the item I was viewing on HSN, this instantly populates the video for me to view. is this a huge pain in my posterior – you bet it is….but it works.

I can’t watch videos it says to sign in which I do. I also clear my history and cache still says I’m a bot.

I cannot access HSN
