Billing Errors and Reversals

What’s up with all of the billing errors and reversals on my credit card? Anyone else having similar experience? Getting concerned. Almost impossible to review for correct billing. What’s up??

Hi daves007,
Is it an HSN credit card? After QVC took over HSN, apparently they changed banks. I’ve heard a few others having problems with their HSN credit cards.

You can file a complaint with the federal agency that oversees large banks, credit unions, savings institutions, etc. – it’s the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.

It’s best to sort out any credit problems quickly.

This is happening to my Visa, not my HSN card. What the heck is going on?

Hi Starryeyed12 ~ call Al Kelly’s number at Visa corporate headquarters and asked to talk with him. He’s the Chairman and CEO ~ that way you’ll probably get his assistant. My motto is always go to the “daddy pants” of a company, and keep calling until you get a resolve of your issues.
It’s the “squeaky wheel” theory, and I’ve found it usually works.
