Bell and Howell

I am posting on the Bell and Howell little fountains that were today’s special about a month or 6 weeks ago. One of them worked for one day on the fountain half the lights never worked the second one has already quit working and the lights never worked on it. I have two that I ordered from Amazon a year ago on Prime day for much less money and free delivery and they are both working perfectly. I’ve had several Bell and Howell products that have disappointed both in performance and durability. My main disappointment is that they refuse to include a return label and the price to return them at the post office is reprehensible Therefore Keeping me Bound To keeping products that I am too embarrassed to give as gifts So they’re just sitting there. Lou Caputo is very convincing unfortunately their products just don’t deliver. I feel after reading reviews that HSN owes us loyal customers refunds on these fountains

@grannyp2p, sorry to hear about your experience with your lights. While most items do come with a prepaid return label, some items are shipped directly from a vendor’s facility and may not include a prepaid return label. If this is ever the case with an item you ordered that isn’t working properly, please be sure to reach out to us right away, and we can request a label to be sent to you from the vendor, or so we can reimburse you for the return shipping costs of your defective item.

I bought two of these two pack fountains and had the same issues. Too expensive to send back so basically stuck with something I can’t use. Also, I purchased the fans as well and couldn’t send back for the same reason. I used to trust Bell and Howell but no longer will I buy their inferior products. Big waste of money. In addition, HSN makes it impossible to send back because they don’t stand behind products that they hype up on air.
