Bad puchase
On Oct. 12 bought the 2 pk of Bell&Howell power table lsmps. I gave been using one of them for less than a month while working on a craft project. Last night it blew out. Will not function with USB or batteries. It got hot and so hope no one else has had this happen. Kind of afraid to use the 2nd one.

Definitely contact customer service. You can easily contact them within Community by going to the customer service thread. The Mods there are very helpful. You can also place a call. Go into your order for the lamps and to the left are the phone numbers. There is also a way to send an email and they respond within a few hours. Make sure you copy the item number which is now the long number to the left of the item. No need to use this when you are writing within Community because that is your private one for that particular purchase. Also because you purchased this during the Christmas season you have until January 31at to return.

Make sure you call Customer Service and tell them what happened. They should take the return and refund your money, and they should pay for the return shipping. Always a shame when something like this happens to ruin your fun!
