AWFUL Customer Service and Policies
I rent and because someone who rented from this address more than a year ago at the least did not pay her bill I cannot order. I cannot control who lives in a house prior to me but because she never updated the address on her account no one in my house can purchase anything. Customer Service said there was nothing they could do unless we had another address we could ship things to. What kind of company has a policy in which people can’t purchase from them if someone they don’t know skipped out on the bill.

This will probably get reconciled when you provide your paperwork.
Another Avenue would be to contact the HSN credit card bank.
