I’ve purchased quite a few items,”As Is” and everything has been fine,no problems whatsoever. This includes bedding,boots,shoes,clothing items. My purchases have arrived in great condition, nicely packed and clean. I do laundry all clothing and bedding items before use,just like I would under any situation. You can still return an item if you are not satisfied,

just like regular purchases.I appreciate the extra savings and will continue to look for items I need in this category.

The HSN standard return policy of 30 days to return still applies. When you add an “As Is” item to your bag, a paragraph comes up and gives information on policy of “as is” items. You see this before you get to checkout and purchase page. I hope this helps and Customer Service may can give you additional information.

I’ve had as is items that were brand new and brand new items that were obviously used…so don’t know.

why can’t i purchase “As Is” Items From my iPad?

You should be able to purchase anything from your iPad, so this is strange. Maybe pick some random “as is” item and try to put it in your bag. Then delete it from the bag. I don’t use the app for HSN from my iPad as it doesn’t show up properly. I then go to hsn.com instead. So maybe try going through hsn.com on safari instead of the app – if you are using the app.

I have bought several items on HSN and QVC as is. I have never had a problem with anything.

I took a chance on a Dooney “as is” bag awhile back, and it was in perfect condition. Was pleasantly surprised!
