Arlo Pro
I purchased Arlo Pro which HSN presented as Arlo Pro 3. I found out it was not Arlo Pro 3 but Arlo Pro. I called to return it but HSN is making me pay $38 shipping fee. I think this is unfair. I will not order anymore high end electronics.

You might try the Customer Service area which is part of Community. You may have received an incorrect answer to your problem and the Mods are very good at checking things out. So sorry you had this problem before the Holidays and I understand the frustration. Definitely give the Mods a try in the Customer Service area. Also, the video presentation may still be under the date shown. Good luck.
