Anyone else having trouble signing in on line?
Tried to order on line twice and said my password was incorrect. Asked me to change password. Changed password and next time I tried to sign in…same notice..wrong password. Changed pay again. I know I typed the correct password both times. Frustrating.

I am unable to sign in on the HSN phone app now. Once I enter the info, it comes back with the sign in request – over and over and over. I just deleted the app and will probably not reinstall it. I can still connect through the website on my computer and tablet.

Aries_girl, I don’t get a password issue but yes, I still get the 400 flashing to clear cookies and cache almost daily and it’s getting old.

No problems with sign in but am constantly getting something like ‘file too large to open”. Sometimes I can get it to open by clicking on the image rather than the text but not always. Think HSN may be losing a few sales when people leave the site.
-
I am also getting the same “file too large” message. Missed out on some sale prices because I couldn’t open to order.

We are sorry to hear about your difficulties with placing orders. We also recommend using a different browser. Orders can also be placed via phone by dialing 800-284-3900 (8am-1am ET) . Please let us know if the problem persists.

This is not a customer problem. This is a problem with the HSN website. I hope the IT department is already aware of it and if not , you are reporting it to them. There seems to be multiple issues with the website as of late. Whether it be not all the information is on a particular item- Meaning a sizing chart, or the item details, the reviews, etc., are missing, or the “header Or file to large” issue is occuring, it is repetitive and happening to many of us.

There are still problems signing in. I don’t even see a place to sign & even if I can finally sigh in, I can’t get to my autoship orders. In fact I can’t even put an order in my bag!! It’s not my laptop. It’s HSN. All other sites I go to are just fine. HSN needs to get this fixed!!

I’m sorry you’re having login trouble, @sunshine. When we reset your password manually from our side, we give you the type of password you mentioned, but it is only temporary. When we give that temporary password to you, you must immediately change your password to something you choose because the temporary will not work the next time.
For others reading ( @aries_girl @taci @msdesigner @fem ) if you have trouble signing in using a device, please try uninstalling the app, then reinstalling. If you’re using a browser, try closing and reopening the browser after cleaning your cache and cookies. These methods often sort things out, and if they do not, we are here to assist, along with the Live Chat team.
I hope this helps!

I hope the IT dept is aware of the tech problem on the website. I assumed they knew. It’s not a customer issue.

Anyone realize they have had to deal with Hurricane Debbie over night? Could be affecting all kinds of things.

I am in Florida where we are getting battered with wind and rain. I was able to sign in without a hitch. At least for now.

Yes, but a different issue. Something about a header being too large.
If you changed your password ( maybe didn’t save it) it’s possible your system had the old one saved and not the new one.-
Yes!! Same problem. It’s an HSN website problem not the customer. I believe that all the random problems are related.

No to all of you’ your all wrong. I’ve been going through the same for years with HSN. I type in my last name in all capital letters with the last four of my phone numbers as HSN told me to do and the same thing. It’s HSN IT department. there probably using robots. I had told HSN over and over that they to redo there IT department, put humans back in.

If the above fails, check your virus software to make sure that the VIN is off.

Very frustrating to say the least. You probably hit an extra key without realizing. Or you didn’t capitalize one of the letters. Best advice I have is to mouse on the check password to see if it’s correct. I also keep track of my passwords and sometimes use MSN or Google to sign in for me.
