ACCOUNT CLOSURE

Checking in on my account I found that it was closed, I had no notification of this. Reason given no activity on account. Are we to buy just to keep the account open? My last purchase was in June, last flex pay September, guess one has nothing to do with the other. True HSN may not control banking policies they’re still obviously aware and doing nothing about it.

Which bank? By any chance, was it Synchrony??
