What a heartless comment. I can’t imagine being so insensitive to the perils of others and so arrogant as to post in hopes others are equally as indifferent.

Who writes things like this? Glad to see objections in this thread. Thinking this way is bad enough, but putting it in writing in a public forum wow! Dumb and dumber.

It makes NO sense that the Q is doing the Over 50 but then going Live 24/7 on Tiktok. I know a handful of people my age (68) who are tiktok fans (other than myself but I am an anomaly). What a weird marketing thing. I’m sure they realized the over 50 thing was a bomb but they spent too much money on it. Now go for the demographic with the money (Boomers and gen xers lost most of their retirement in the FOTUS’ tariff action of the past week, so they will have zero extra spending money now. Not being political, just being honest. )

sad whenever ppl lose their employment, but Quarate put too many eggs in the basket of ‘over 50’ cr*p, menopause should not be a ‘sales pitch’ the masses won’t get on board with something unnecessary … old is a part of life and getting old is a privilege to some…but I don’t need the fake hype acting like it’s great. I prefer my life before the change.

Wow, I guess you think the host magically make everything appear. There are so many people who make HSN function. The host are just the tip of the iceberg. Someone actual picks, buys, tests, plans, all the items shown. Someone write all the descriptions you see and take the photographs (otherwise the website would be blank). Have you ever been in a tv studio? Where there are a lot of people who “make” TV or video happen. 900 really good, qualified people lost their jobs, they were making HSN a place you wanted to visit and buy from. Yes, there is actually something behind the TV screen!

Well, don’t come back and complain when you need a customer service rep and only get AI FAQ responses, or you get an overseas call center. The folks “behind the scenes” are TV production, stylists, customer service, HR… I could go on and on. It will be economically devastating to both the FL and PA regions -and- the long term customers will definitely notice the change in experience and not for the better. My heart goes out to hosts and all staff that will be laid off
