If the price goes down within 30 days of purchase, you can call customer service and request a refund of the difference. The system does not credit your account automatically. You need to reach out to customer service.

I liked Spendable Ka$h until I learned that it expires. Not much of a refund if it disappears.

  I always request the refund be credited to my original method of payment vs. Spendable Cash.
