2nd post on this topic
Totally unimpressed that it took so long for items to be delivered. Havent shopped hsn in a long while, as I found many sites with no shipping fees. Anyway, arrival, finally of items. Yeah, prepaid label for returns, charging me 8bucks. Fearful to put more than 1 item in, as 3 yrs ago I did same & was told they never received $50 pr of shoes. Most of u will probably stop reading, its ok. I am gonna vent. 2 items to be returned. one cost of $28 one $20. ugh. $11 bucks high to try on garment. I notice they stop saying buy from us as not like dept store where others have tried on. One garment smelled of someones perfume. Obviously retured & sent to me. Dont have to pay $11 bucks to try on in store. Moreover I am finding more & more sites just spending small amt free shipping. Guess I was taken in my free shipping.

Feel free to vent all you want! Many of us are very upset over the changes you spoke of, and have stopped shopping on HSN. I still buy Korres and so far, so good, but some have complained about the problems with the pumps on the shower gels. The shipping and return fees? Outrageous! It seems HSN just doesn’t care about its customers anymore.

I’ve become very careful and think and rethink with both HSN and QVC. I did just get the best fitting and comfortable bra ever for my body recently. Just shocked something worked for me.

tillyboy, Thanks. Maybe the bullies have left. Yrs ago I posted my opinion about designer & 2 folks ripped me apart. Now, in my old age am furious with all designers for what they have done to save money. Been gaining weight & now XL, but clothes seemed to fit horribly so I beat myself up—until I realized once ya get to larger sizes, there is instead of inch or two difference between sizes it jumps to 3-4 inches dfference.. Geez no wonder nothing fits correctly. So, I am on a search for designers who care about woman of all sizes instead of $. Graver sickens me, as lately she brags sooo much about liquid knit, patenting, & inventing it. NO> she did not. Daniel Kiviat did many years ago. Then there is Gilman bragging about her 2 layered tanks & how she invented them. NO> she did not. Twiggie did many years ago. Twiggies much nicer, I still wear them. Gilmans look absurd on petites, as they fall below crotch & make us look shorter. Guess Susan Rynyan doesnt have a good enough friend to tell her they do not look that great on her. I remember when designers spent extra buck or two & took pride in clothes they offered. I have a large stomach, so button down shirts cover pretty well. Purchased graduated color, cotton button front Skinny girl shirt. Ick. No bust darts, but worse no small indentation sewn at waist. A box. Absurdly priced since she wouldnt pay what? extra buck for folks in India to add darts? Then, too late read review that colors run & white turns blue after washing? ugh. Since hsn,qvc combined they have monoply on tv shopping & control prices. I am finding sites now where u add your body measurements & appropriate size woman models garment. Its becoming more aggrivating & less enjoyment to shop the channels. Too many lies & too much pushing. At least I have learned how valuable some of the reviews are, so if I buy now I leave detailed review to hopefully help someone.

Funny that you mentioned Gilman’s 2 layer tanks. I bought the same design several years ago from Macy’s! I agree that all those “I invented this” claims aren’t true. How is it that the original designers don’t sue others for their false statements? Liquid knit? No, it’s a basic polyester fabric sold everywhere. Happy 4th of July…keep ranting, maybe someone at HSN will get our messages?
