I believe we should all flood their facebook messenger on complaints-that is the only way to get a response-they will not respond otherwise-if we were to send the same complaint everyday for a week maybe just maybe they will get off their buts and do something-you never know what will happen

How many are still owed prizes? I think if several are interested, contacting the attorney general in Florida would be effective. It’s illegal to announce winners and not award the prizes to everyone who won one.
