Why is HSN ARCADE SO 💩TY

I don’t know about you Arcade players that enjoy a game or two but Arcade has gotten to a point of “NO RETURN” with all the issues and no way to discuss it with them. Then Keymaster sends out garbage 2 1/2 yrs old and he expects us to take that🤔.
Arcade has had issues.I have had issues of BLACK SCREEN NO TICKETS IN EGGZ BLAST for over 1 yr, get half screens when playing, fast clock countdown and during game when screen changes to next round and their excuse was my phone. Well when your phone is 4 months old, Motorola Moto z4 with Android 10 and Chrome 86🤔 Then they said it was my history, cache and cookies causing the issue but then again I explained these are cleaned more that once a day. Well, now they will not discuss this at all.
I have given this group of whatever they are MISFIT MORONS because they have no brains to figure out 💩. Technology has improved so much now but when you don’t have the brains to go with the flow well you get what you see, issues, issues and more issues. Can’t email then only chat(when it works) and calling them is a JOKE in itself.
To me, HSN no longer is in control. Once they were bought out and now Qurate Retail Group has then, it has gone straight downhill👎👎. If everyone would stop playing games and buying products then maybe they might open their eyes and think why🤔 But then again you got to have a BRAIN which is hard when you are MORONS🤔😱😵

I have a brain with a MENSA IQ and it tells me every day to go with the flow and just say ‘oh well’.

This isn’t a gaming site….it’s a shopping site. Keep up YOUR complaining and WE won’t have anything.

Good morning to you too. So happy you have a brain. I only have 1/2 brain and 1/2 body left from a stroke I had 40 yrs ago but my mind tells me you must work for the MORONS at HSN😱 If you read some of the other comments like I have, then maybe you will see others are complaining like myself too. If nobody opens their mouth then nothing improves and is the same old 💩 over and over. People get tired of all the issues and I am one of those that are fed up. You just keep going with the flow with your MENSA IQ while I keep my common sense IQ to try to understand how people like your mentality think. 🥴😵 Sorry🤮

First and foremost let me say I am sorry for your losses and will pray for you.

The only point I am trying to make is that based on my MANY years experience (I am no spring chicken myself) nothing will change no matter how much you complain BECAUSE gaming isn’t HSN’s business. They don’t make any money from it. I am just trying to suggest that you take a deep breath and release your frustration. There are times in our life that we cannot change what we do not like. We don’t have to accept that wall in front of us but repeatedly banging our head against it won’t make it fall down. It will only frustrate and hurt us more. Let it go. Instead find something nice to say even if it’s about the neighbor’s cat. Leave the hate at the door.. We will all be happier if we learn to move on.

Once again you are not seeing the total picture. Gaming is a business. Why do you think HSN has it🤔 If it doesn’t increase their viewers and increase their bottom line this would of been gone long ago. Something has kept it around. Along with business, good business practice would have this part of their daily practice to maintain and work properly for the customer/players. Until I see improvement, I stopped buying and I did buy a lot.
As for prayers, I take and thank you. I thank GOD DAILY for my new life where I should of been dead at 24 with major stroke. I still have 1/2 body and brain and been this way 40 yrs but I continue on. No hate in me but businesses need to get it right for the customer/players to STOP the frustration in us but they seem not to care one way or another.
Bottom line, fair is fair. 😀😀

The Arcade is “Clickbait”. They don’t care about you as an individual. HSN/QVC uses them to tempt you to shop on their website. The chance of you winning any prizes are slim to none.
For three reasons I can think of: Arkadium staff techs hacks the rewards store. 2. Arkadium tech staff wins the majority of the prizes. 3. Arkadium staff do not manage the functionality of their games; games not loading, games stopping in the middle, and putting games on here that they like to play.
