What's with NaN?
Probably my best score in Trizzle & after 2 mega matches the score changed to NaN. Why even try playing this game if when you get a really good high score, it takes it out & gives you 0 score & tickets for that game. This is really rotten to do to us. Doesn’t our time & attempt mean anything anymore? Do any of the techs even read our comments on Community? Anyone?

Seems nothing to do about it – I have informed HSN twice about Trizzle and NAN. Now when I play I watch the score and as soon as NAN shows up I immediately log out of the game, so as not to waste more time. I wait a minute and retry it. It doesn’t happen all the time. Seems to me if you play too fast or score too many points quickly – there’s NAN. I’m afraid it will be this way until we are rid of the pandemic and all goes back to normal and there is a full staff again instead of working from home.

At any rate, it looks to me like we are more or less on our own. Things just take a lot longer to get worked out. Posting complaints in the Community is not going to work. Posting complaints in Customer Service, might get you an answer but not right away if at all. If the Customer Service people are fielding calls from home, I don’t think the Arcade is a priority. So, we are left with emailing the Tech (I think there is only one and he/she is asleep at the wheel). Or, you can try opening a Chat and probably will end up chatting with a Robot.😊

Me too – seems when you make many matches in a row it can’t handle it and loses the score saying NAN! It is indeed very annoying. I have been complaining about this since the game changed to this poor version!

FBN, a day without your fantastic gif’s is a day without sunshine! You always put a smile on my face. Twice today I watched in unbelief when a large Trizzle went down to a small Trizzle right before my eyes & on both those games, the score disappeared & NaN came up. That’s only 2 times I caught it changing the figure. This has taught me just to purchase the entries with the tickets instead of spending hours & hours playing the games to enter. I won’t hold my breath waiting to win tho. Taking all the fun out of it!
