What’s up with the Arcade?
There have been several times that I cannot get the arcade to open. Is anyone else having this issue? If anyone has any suggestions, please let me know. I click to open the arcade but it just goes back to the main page. Sometimes I will go to my favorites or any other option and then go back and click on arcade and it will open but it will not do that now. Not sure what is going on.

I’m not having any problems. Maybe clear your cache or restart your computer? Log out of HSN and log back in again?

I cannot get into the games. Tried different browsers and cleared cache but can only get onto the shopping page and not arcade games.

I was having problems yesterday but it looks okay today.
Yesterday, the problems seemed to be with the headers and links, and the games were way down at the bottom of the page. -
Can the points earned be used for anything?

I can’t get the arcade page to open for over a week and have tried multipole fixes. This happened before when they were updating the games but not for this long,

My computer has this new wave browser when I open it and I cannot get the games when using it. Therefore I use a diff browser and I do not have that problem, Games come up with no problem

I started having problems yesterday with the games . They are not working like they did before. I have logging out and restarted my computer, and nothing works. My computer works on everything else.
What is going on with the games?-
I was able to play this morning, but the afternoon and tonight it is not working. Little sad because that is how I chill at night.

Something has changed. Even when I sign in, my email does not come up where it used to come up when signing in.

I’m sorry the arcade is not working as intended. Have you tried using the Arkadium contact or chat service to the left labeled “Support”?

I accidentally deleted cookies and have lost all my scores and game levels 😭 Is there any way to restore my game level on Jungle Legends? I finally got to the highest level 30, and now I’m back to level one!😭 It took me weeks and a lot of effort to reach that level and I could just cry! Please help and thank you. -

I’m sorry your scores are deleted, if this is not remedied by logging into your account before playing I would contact the same Arkadium contact or chat service I mentioned earlier. With any luck they may be able to restore your progress or at least provide tips on how to do so. Again, I’m really sorry this happened, I used to play Peggle every day.
