WELCOME TO FRIDAY NIGHT TRIVIA, SEPTEMBER 3, 2021
I hope you are ready for some fun. For the newcomers, the questions can be found in the Rewards Store within the Arcade. Questions begin between 8 pm and 8:05 pm EST. depending upon your computer clock. There are six questions during the game. The last question is posted between 10:30 pm and 10:35 pm EST. Again, depending upon your computer clock. Each question lasts approximately 30 minutes, so you will need to come up with the correct response within that time frame. If you answer incorrectly, you will see a red “OOPS.” The incorrect response will not count against you unless the time is up. Each correct answer is worth 200 tickets to use in the Rewards Store against the Featured or Current Sweepstakes. So, before you tear your hair out, before you give up, just return to this thread where one or more of us will be able to help. Also, join us in light conversation, ideas or whatever and LET THE FUN BEGIN…. 🙂

I guess last week was a treat with the new questions. Not so tonight.
@shiloh1227, there is bug in the arcade game. The same question tends to repeat. Unfortunately you only get points for the first time you answer Baseball.

Oodie, Do you mind sharing what device and browser you are using? I am on an iPad Pro, WiFi and using Chrome browser. An ad actually showed up on top of the main game page, which locked it up. I had to close Chrome.

I am using Chrome on a desktop. I sometimes have problems getting into the Arcade area, but the ads have not locked me out.

I had a Doberman that wasn’t familiar with lakes, docks, etc. The lake was high and like glass. Poor Bouncer walked right off the end of the dock. Poor guy he was so afraid. You could not call what he was doing, the dog paddle. Luckily I was able to get him near the dock and using his collar was able to guide into shore. It took us both awhile to recover. I thought he might drown. I had always thought swimming came natural to dogs. I guess not when they fall in and go under.
I also had a Labrador/German Shepard who would have lived in the water, if he could. I left Sidney on shore and went out in a canoe with a girlfriend. We were a ways out in the lake, when I heard a rhythmic puffing. I turned around and Sidney just couldn’t be separated from me. We made it back to shore without flipping the canoe.
Dogs can sure add excitement to lake visits.

xango you are so welcome. OK, hubby update. Yesterday, hubby started helping me around the house. I am not letting him bend down to help with laundry or the dishes. I will wait for the doctor to give his OK on that one. Meanwhile, he actually surprised me Wednesday night by taking our recyclables to the end of the driveway for pickup yesterday. To do this he had to use the steep front stairs. He held on to the railing without support at the bottom with his walker or wheelchair. I over slept this morning, so we didn’t get to go to the Farmer’s Market. Tomorrow is another day.

Hi Shiloh. Go back to the Arcade and look for the Rewards Store at the top. Click on the Reward Store with your mouse or whatever you use to go from place to place. Once in the Reward Store, the question appears at the top of the page, There is a pink logo with the picture of the host that states “Game Night Trivia” Across from this is the question. Across from the question is ANSWER NOW IN BOLD TYPE. Click on “Answer Now” and type in baseball. Hope this works for you. Let me know.

To play the game. Go into the Arcade game area. Look for the Rewards Store which is at the top. Click on it and you will see the question posted at the top. Just hit answer now and type in baseball for the correct response. For answering correctly, you will receive 200 tickets.

This reminds me of my ex-father-in-law. He was on the end of the dock doing something and he lost his balance and fell in. He wasn’t upset about falling in the lake, livid about losing his pack of cigarette. He was a chain smoker at that time.

Oh FBN I am roaring on this one…..LOL. This actually happened to my husband when going on a sailing trip with a friend. He thought he was stepping off the pier and into the boat, but alas, fell into the ocean with a good watch and cell phone. I was able to repair both.
