WELCOME TO FRIDAY NIGHT TRIVIA, October 8, 2021
As in the past weeks, I am not sure if there is a Trivia game tonight. Previously, the last question has enabled us to acquire 200 tickets. Yes, the last question was different and in some cases we had to wait for others to give us the correct response. But, now I wonder, if the tech unit can come up with a different scenario at the end, why not at the beginning and the middle also??😐
Anyway, I hope you are ready for some fun. For the newcomers, the questions can be found in the Rewards Store within the Arcade. Questions begin between 8 pm and 8:05 pm EST. depending upon your computer clock. There are six questions during the game. The last question is posted between 10:30 pm and 10:35 pm EST. Again, depending upon your computer clock. Each question lasts approximately 30 minutes, so you will need to come up with the correct response within that time frame. If you answer incorrectly, you will see a red “OOPS.” The incorrect response will not count against you unless the time is up. Each correct answer is worth 200 tickets to use in the Rewards Store against the Featured or Current Sweepstakes. So, before you tear your hair out, before you give up, just return to this thread where one or more of us will be able to help. Also, join us in light conversation, ideas or whatever and LET THE FUN BEGIN…. 🙂

Guess it’s that time again. For some reason the evening goes too fast even without a game. Hope everyone enjoys the weekend. Was anybody watching HSN last Wednesday evening? The HSN phones lines were down. On Facebook, there were several people who had never ordered @ .com or thru the app.
I guess they needed Phone Tech help too.

@ SanibelSheller, On Facebook they are advertising positions in Florida and Tennessee for such area for HSN. The employee will need to provide all equipment, safe guards and firewalls. QVC is hiring in Virginia.

Go figure. I never order by phone, so when I see something on televised HSN (or QVC), I turn on my computer and go to the item page. It’s so much faster that way, even with boot-up time, and I like the freedom of choosing how many flex pays I might want for that item.

I was watching Guy this morning on his final “Fall Guy” show of the season. Apparently online ordering was not available the first hour, and then came back up by the 2nd hour, but the phone lines went down–or maybe it was reversed (??). It was weird, but Guy handled it like a pro, as usual.

Hubby heard the thunder also. Said it was far away. I agree with you on the rain. I really was expecting more after what the weather people said last night. Back to the drought situation.

@ OODIEBOM, yes we did get a down pour, lots of thunder and lightning. But it didn’t last long, since we haven’t had rain in a long while I don’t think it was enough.

Here it is a Holiday weekend and I am now wondering if the game is down because the Tech Unit forgot us. How many times under the old regime did we complain there was no game because the Tech Unit left early to start their weekend. Remember when?????

Good evening RosaTowwen.
It was a cloudy day on the Gulf Coast. Humidity was 85% and the temp was in the 90s. Guess we had Fall last week. We did have a shower today and I hope the plants and shrubs are happy.

I think we’re trading weather systems every other day, lol. We had rain and thunderstorms on Monday night with a couple of cloudy days yesterday and today. However, we are expecting high temps again by Wed thru Sun next week of 80s to 90s. Just when I get the blankets out–it’s not time to put the fans away.

Sheba, it looks like I will miss the fall foliage again this year. Everything is still green in Florida, though I did receive a note from friends that the Northeast is green as well.

I had my annual physical on 10/1. My glucose was normal for the first time in years. Taking Berberine and Cinnamon. My cholesterol was down 18 points, Triglycerides were down 34 points-thank you Andrew Lessman. Funny thing was my Hemoglobin/ Iron was really low. So now taking another Andrew supplement.
