WELCOME TO FRIDAY NIGHT TRIVIA. NOVEMBER 25, 2022
Hope you had a great week. Probably no time to relax until now. The shopping lists were long which probably meant that ingredients could not be found just in one market. Then there were the ads to say your shopping now is extended to the other retail milieu. No time to shop? Traffic everywhere. No time to purchase, but then a smile. The Internet beckoned. Oh good. Shop at home in PJs. And today, we could literally sit back and enjoy the day with a fire in the fireplace or by sitting outside if the temps warranted. But, it’s not over. Not yet. Cyper week starts at midnight Sunday…..Well in this case, no fighting traffic, no fighting the long lines. Just sit back and let your fingers run over the keyboard and now you know the rest of the story.
Questions can be found in the Rewards Store within the Arcade, And begin between 8 pm and 8:05 pm DST depending upon your computer clock. There are six questions during the game. The last question is posted between 10:30 pm and 10:35 pm EST. Again, depending upon your computer clock. Each question lasts approximately 30 minutes, so you will need to come up with the correct response within that time frame. If you answer incorrectly, you will see a red “OOPS.” The incorrect response will not count against you unless the time is up. Each correct answer is worth 200 tickets to use in the Rewards Store against the Featured or Current Sweepstakes. So, before you tear your hair out, before you give up, just return to this thread where one or more of us will be able to help. Also, join us in light conversation, ideas or whatever and LET THE FUN BEGIN….😀😀😀🍕🍔🍟🌭🌭🍿
NOTE; Sometimes a little gremlin will pose a question that requires a number. In those instances it may not accept for example 16. It’s the correct response, but you may need to spell it out: sixteen. Other times there may be a two word answer such as: Happy Birthday. Happy Birthday may need to be written as one word: Happybirthday. There are also times when the answer is a plural even though the question seems to reflect something that isn’t. However, sometimes it is easier to check this thread for the correct response.

Hi everyone. Hope you’ll had a Blessed Thanksgiving.
-
Shoutout to FBN. Hope the turkey soup and all the fixings helped to make you feel better.
-
Good evening everyone, I hope you all had a blessed Thanksgiving.
Shout out to our hostess Oodiebom, Sheba, Sanibelsheller and Fbn135.-
Hi xango. Wow, you really cooked up a storm. The aromas from your kitchen had my mouth watering all day.
-
Hi Oodie, yes I cooked and cleaned up….late at night could hardly walk to the bedroom. Hubby used a cane while getting back to normal after his operation. And had it in the TV room all this time. Actually it’s mine but hadn’t the need for it. But I did last night, had to use it to stable myself so I could walk. Today just some pain, no cane needed.
-
Hi xango, I hope you & ur family are doing well. I am on myown.
-
Hi Sanibelsheller, hubby and I had a good Thanksgiving. Just the two of us. Family is out of state, North Carolina, Maryland, Texas, Minnesota. And the rest are an ocean away.

Happy Holiday’s Oodiebom and all who play the Trivia Game. ✨✨
-
Good evening Sheba. I made a stop at Costco this week and picked up red pepper sauce or gel in their cheese area. It is spicy, but in a good way.
-
This is from all of us here on the Oodiebom’s Trivia Thread.
Get well soon my friend we all miss you. ✨✨

Good evening maxienne. I was about to type that there may not be a game when just moments prior to you giving the answer, the first question had not shown on my computer. That goes to show that everyone’s computer clock may be a bit different. Hope you enjoyed your Thanksgiving.
-
Yep, yep yep. The tryptophan is still having its effect. Having a lazy day recovering from a surfeit of food. I am Thankful that Thanksgiving comes just once a year 🙂
-
I totally agree
-
-
Hmm…..A little concerned that we have not seen FBN. I do hope he is OK.
-
1966
-
Thank you and happy Holiday’s. 🌹🌹
-
thanks for the answer maxienne. The correct answer to this was 1869.
-
1869?? I thought commercialism is a modern phenomenon. I saw a report that people were cutting back on the gifts they plan on giving their kids this year, down from NINETEEN??? Who does that?
-
Maxienne, the term Black Friday was used in 1869 for Stock Market Crashes. The first time this was ever used was September 24, 1969. Many retailers today spend extra long hours beginning the week of Thanksgiving preparing for the onslaught of people making a dash to purchase.
-
Oops…..Just noticed my typographical error. The year should have been 1869.
-
-
1966 worked for me
-
Hi Amy and welcome to Trivia. 1966 worked for me also. Yet, the correct response is 1869.
-
-
Maybe a mistake, but Black Friday in US, 9/24/1869.
-
1966 worked for me

I am rewatching DEXTER. A different spin on the Holidays,

Thank you Merce. You are so sweet. I’ll take a bow on that one
-
You deserve it! Sorry, spelled you name wrong.
-
Merce you are forgiven. The sentiment was there and that is all that matters. I was just reading about the weather for tomorrow. Doesn’t sound good. Stay safe.
-
Oodiebom. we are somewhat close, same coast, here tomorrow should be 82 and 10% rain.
Goodnight, hope you have pleasant dreams.
