Don’t give up no matter how long it takes. Try and copy, take a picture whatever shows that u are a winner. That will be your proof. They may never send you an email. Always cover yourself because no one else will. I won something and they told me I didn’t but I was on the winners list and they sent me a CONGRATS email. And it took months before I received my gift/prize.

Same for me, too. My name is under the Bissell Pet vacuum cleaner. I emailed and contacted HSNArcadePrizeFulfillment@hsn.com.
I haven’t heard anything. I guess they are behind on contacting all winners. When I won in the past I received my gift within 5-7 working days.

Anyone else with your name listed and haven’t been contacted?

I am still waiting for my prize for winning the jigsaw puzzle (blondie77). I have been with HSN for many years and was excited that I won. I believe in their honesty and hope to hear soon. I don’t see my name on the list today but maybe it is for the next time period but I believe my name was in that one. I hope they don’t disregard me. I would be so disappointed in them. I didn’t get to talk to the arcade division. The representative just told me to wait and it would happen. Still waiting.

Last year I won the Morena hair treatment, but never received it, an email, etc. I have contacted them several times, but still haven’t received a thing. This seems to be a very common problem.

It sounds like HSN doesn’t care about the Arcade anymore if you can’t get the prize you won and they don’t fix a broken game of the week. I am starting to wonder if it is even worth fooling with now.

Was wondering if you ever heard from HSN? I was excited to finally see me name listed as a winner but then saw your message and like you I haven’t gotten an email confirming I won.
