Waiting for e-mail so I can claim winning on the jigsaw puzzle.
I have called twice requesting the e-mail so I can claim my prize for winning on jigsaw puzzle. I am blondie77. I am listed as a winner and they said I will get an e-mail. I don’t want to lose out on winning my prize.

Was wondering if you ever heard from HSN? I was excited to finally see me name listed as a winner but then saw your message and like you I haven’t gotten an email confirming I won.

Someone should at least contact us here on the HSN community board or through our emails to update us if there is a mistake, delay, or change in procedure for WINNERS!
This does not look good for HSN or
HSN Arcade Fulfillment Center.

It sounds like HSN doesn’t care about the Arcade anymore if you can’t get the prize you won and they don’t fix a broken game of the week. I am starting to wonder if it is even worth fooling with now.

Last year I won the Morena hair treatment, but never received it, an email, etc. I have contacted them several times, but still haven’t received a thing. This seems to be a very common problem.

I am still waiting for my prize for winning the jigsaw puzzle (blondie77). I have been with HSN for many years and was excited that I won. I believe in their honesty and hope to hear soon. I don’t see my name on the list today but maybe it is for the next time period but I believe my name was in that one. I hope they don’t disregard me. I would be so disappointed in them. I didn’t get to talk to the arcade division. The representative just told me to wait and it would happen. Still waiting.

i spoke to someone today suppose to get back with me-i will wait-she implied that just because your name appears as a winner does not mean that you won!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i told her that when a name is posted as a winner they are the WINNERS

Same for me, too. My name is under the Bissell Pet vacuum cleaner. I emailed and contacted HSNArcadePrizeFulfillment@hsn.com.
I haven’t heard anything. I guess they are behind on contacting all winners. When I won in the past I received my gift within 5-7 working days.Anyone else with your name listed and haven’t been contacted?

yes cucumber932, I won a prize in the Daily Jigsaw Puzzle, like blondie77 with no responses to my inquires. Thanks for the tip all of making a copy of being winner- maybe we’ll receive something someday 🙂

Don’t give up no matter how long it takes. Try and copy, take a picture whatever shows that u are a winner. That will be your proof. They may never send you an email. Always cover yourself because no one else will. I won something and they told me I didn’t but I was on the winners list and they sent me a CONGRATS email. And it took months before I received my gift/prize.
