Too much junk🤔

Being new in Community I have noticed a lot of issues in Arcade. One of the main issues is all the garbage in the Community and guessing is in other areas too. Why is there 2+ years in Community questions? This takes up a tremendous amount of space that is worthless when so many players play and can cause major problems. Does anybody even monitor this? Thanks
