Tickets Missing in my Lifetime total

As of June 26, 2020 I noticed there are 280 tickets missing from my Lifetime total of Tickets.
The difference between the Lifetime Tickets and the Current Tickets should be 900 Tickets. Instead the current difference is 620. Thus 280 Short.

I have not used any tickets in drawings but have been accumulating them.

Please check into this matter and advise.

I’ve quit playing anything in the Arcade. I enjoy the games but I also want the points. I noticed that the last few games I played gave me NO points….ZERO. That was over a week ago and I’ve not played since. Anyone know what I might do?

I just noticed I only have 28 tickets & before had over a thousand. HUMMM ???
