I won earrings about three months ago and I’m still waiting for them. I’ve contacted who I was told is the Arcade Customer Service Team via email and never heard back!

Many of you have posted you have not received your prizes. It maybe grounds for a class-action lawsuit. You will need documentation of what you won & when. Did HSN send you an email? If you did, keep that. Don’t wait too long, or statute of limitations will expire.

You should connect with the others in the same boat as you.

I`m still waiting on my prize too… I won a air fryer on Aug. 13 th 2020… Have NOT got it yet…..

I’ve written Customer service several times about not getting my prize. They do write back but only say they are behind getting prizes out. Still no prize after almost 5 months

You would most likely get a faster response if you rewrite this in the Customer Service thread within Community. Please include the item that you won and date so that they can check.
