I mentioned this on another thread before: HSN has a Twitter account that gets much more traffic than this board, and questions posed to them there seem to be answered within a reasonable time. I think it would be a good place to take this issue. You could tag the Florida AG there as well because they also have a Twitter acct.
My own experience has been better. My wins were before the takeover by QVC, though. But, in addition to the more recent issue about giving prizes that have been won to the winners in a timely way, even pre-QVC, there were some weird patterns to the way prizes are awarded: just too many freaky coincidences to be believed. That should probably be looked at as well by an outside party.

I personally have been extremely fortunate to have won several in different games & tell you now how surprised & shocked I was. I received the prizes even one I did not realize I won, I selected what I wanted with my prize $$ and it arrived in perfect shape & sooner than expected. I still use the prizes won, some everyday like my Cuisnart pro series pots & pans, love them.
HOWEVER, the games recently are really & truly disappointing, I play, get a great score then shuts down for no reason, now lost points…Hate it! Since Adobe Flash player died the games for me died with it….I thought with such an advance notice of expiration the techs would have been better prepared….Hurry guys I miss my games….
For those who haven’t rec’d your prizes my heart goes out to you and how disappointing it must be since I know how great it feels to finally win, But not to receive you prize????

I sincerely hope Krissy is able to help.

I am sorry if you won a prize and did not receive it. I also do not shop as much since HSN changed (guess QVC or whoever took over.) That said, I have won several really nice prizes over the last 15 or so yrs – camera, Jay King necklace, Curtis Stone cooking skillets, and a few other prizes. Received every one of them – this was several yrs ago. I don’t feel as if HSN owes me these prizes. I feel as if HSN is doing this as extra way to sell items, but more important I enjoy the games. I do not play to win, I play to entertain myself. I have always been amazed by players who feel as if they are owed these prizes. Not everyone wins a prize. Just because you have played for many years, this does not qualify you to win. You don’t have any more importance to win than anyone else. Unless their computers are programed for certain customers to win more than others – & this would be their option to do so since this is their company – winning is a numbers games. Don’t get to hung up on programming computers unless you are aware of all the computers that are programmed to do that exact same thing. It is happening all the time in your life, you just are not aware of it. Perhaps you are not to skilled at negotiation & communication skills if you have to go to the state attorney to get a prize won from a shopping network. I know I have stepped on many toes, but sometimes the whinning gets to be to much over prizes won that only takes your time – not your money.

We are not upset because we never win! It’s the fact that we did win and never got our prizes! It is against to law to not award the prizes promised!

You should contact them anyway. They’ve been perpetrating this fraud for too long. And I’m pretty sure that many have been told that suddenly their complaint will receive top priority too. Which it never does. Just buys them more time. I have never won a prize and know that I never will with my strong opinions but right is right. If you owed them money they wouldn’t hesitate to take legal action against you. So call the Attorney General’s office and lodge a complaint. I wholly believe your request WILL get top priority. Mega companies committing fraud is high profile stuff. Or call a local or national news station. A hungry reporter will pounce on this opportunity to raise their profile.
Having said all of that I also believe that the owners of Qurate are not aware of this because let’s face it. If you owned a multi million dollar conglomerate, would you even know that somewhere in one of your companies they run an arcade to amuse it’s customers? No. So these problems are lower level management failures but in the end the responsibility, whether legal or financial, falls to the corporation. And since many of these problems started before the sale it is somewhat hard to lay the blame at the feet of Qurate who unknowingly inherited this situation.
Don’t let this sleeping dog lie. Pursue action. Fair is fair.

Finally people are beginning to understand my opinion about these issues. Ever since Qurate took over the HSN, this arcade had gone👎 in all areas. They could give a rat’s behind about us only their bottom line profits. All the negative remarks I received on my opinion about this now looks like maybe wasn’t that far off the mark. If people would stand up for what is morally correct and businesses take their responsibilities to the correct level maybe issues would stop or slow down. Bottom line is Qurate need to listen to the Arcade issues BY THE PEOPLE who play these games🤔

Or they could simply remove the games and not have to deal with all the drama. Less costly to maintain the site then. State attorney… 🙄
-
Then they should just remove the games if they are not going to award the prizes. If I did not think I had a chance of winning a prize I would not play the games. Simple.
