Sorry Arcade Issues
What does it take🤔 In 10 hrs off and on have played 2 games with tickets awarded. What give with this bunch🤔 This is a total DISGRACE to us game players. Guess nobody G.A.S.

Well, it is now March 2021 and I still have been able to play my games without problems. I sure hope that the rest of you Arcadians are past the problems too.

Yep! What’s even worse is when you finally win something, after playing for YEARS, the prize is not ever awarded. I won the Moreno hair treatment about 2 yrs. ago and have called many, many times, emailed many many times, and still haven’t heard back or received anything. It seems like they don’t care about resolving this. From what I’ve read, I’m not alone. Don’t know why they don’t shut the whole arcade down . . . It’s pitiful!

This week’s Game Penny Dell Word Search is not working, it just doesn’t load for me at all. And yes, I have tried changing browsers, nothing gives, just a big blank box and nothing loads. So that means I get no chance at the $250 gift card this week right? 🙁

I used to have arcade game problems, but as of about a week ago, all my games play well.

You do realize HSN is under no obligation to have games for you to play? I think it’s for them to have them at all. With all the complaining they should shut them down and use those resources elsewhere.

It is their option to have games or nor. It seems they choose to have them so they should maintain them. People look forward to them all week then all they are getting lately is a big disappointment. Why shouldn’t they complain??

I was able to play several games using our desktop. However, I did need to use the refresh button to get it going. What I do not like is listening to the hosts while I play and so I have used the mute button. I think the Arcade Team may be trying, but are having a difficult time with the challenges, especially when they are not working from HSN itself, but rather from home.

Hi OODIEBOM, I only have phones and a tablet and nothing works. These arcade IT tech group has bit of more than they can chew and gets worse & worse.

This gulls me to see this Arcade not performing with games. Almost 12 hrs and only 2 games awarded tickets. This is a complete JOKE and shows me leadership doesn’t give a 🐴’s behind on correcting these Issues 🤔😱🤮🤮🤮
