You won’t get a response from them. HSN is a JOKE and continues to get worse. Have had issues now going on 1 year with BLACK SCREENS after game and getting NO TICKETS. HSN puts the blame on cache and cookies but I clean my phone(3 months old) more than 1 time a day but continues anyways. I blast them everytime I get the BLACK SCREEN and would say within the last 2 months I got maybe 3 replies saying the same thing. My name for HSN is ARCADE MISFIT MORONS because name fits their actions or lack of🤮

I too was trying to find out what to do when I’ve beat a score on the weekly game to qualify to try and win the $250 gifts card when I came across your question and one of the replies so here goes………..
I clicked on “CONNECT” on the top left side and then clicked on customer service. It’ll open up to their FAQ’s page. Unfortunately I couldn’t find what I wanted so I sent the a msg. I’ll update my results when they happen…………..

Try posting your question in the Customer Service Forum. They usually take a little while to respond, but I’ve always gotten a response there.

If you find out let me know. I was listed as a Today’s special Jigsaw winner back in August and still nothing. I emailed them and got no response.
